3/5 AF so far. Bad Boyfriend (aka alcohol) seemed like a good idea with my calorie bomb, delicious lasagne tonight. Did not enjoy him as much as I had hoped!7

As usual, I am going to try for 16-20 AF days for the month.
I had 18AF days for January
I had a surprising (and record setting for me) 21AF days for the short month of February!
18AF days for March
Onward to April : - )
Wednesday April 01 - AF
Thursday April 02 - AF - Felt like having drinks, but really determined to get back to at least 2AF days in between.
Friday April 03 - AF because I have a webinar in the morning that I want to be sharp for. Planned wine with a friend for her birthday - yes, we will stay 2 metres apart and likely outside.
Saturday April 04 - Drinks
Sunday April 05 - AF

3 AF days/5 days...today husband has to go into work so I have the house to myself! LOL. I love him immensely but now that we're in the house most days 24/7, I realize if and when we retire, we need a way bigger house and ideally one with a separate guest house. Need an escape room sometimes!9

7 am in Vegas another 24, wishes for a positive mindset day for us all💗7

1 Month 5 days in the books!
I feel really strong today. Also, I’ve noticed my husbands alcohol consumption starting to lessen. This is a HUGE accomplishment!8 -
@Beka3695 Looks like we're aligned with the AF track record. When I was little and I was swinging with a girlfriend (um, on a swing), whenever we got in sync, we'd yell out, "Get out of my bathtub!" and giggle. No idea what it meant, but you're in my bathtub! My last drink (as of now) was Sunday Mar 1.6

Awesome!!! Maybe we can make a game out of this and see who can stay in the bathtub the longest 🤣🤣🤣🤣5 -
@MissMay I hope so, we'll see... I'm glad so far 🤞 this one for June is still on!
@Beka3695 I forgot to congratulate you for registering for your upcoming race. Good luck with training. If this is your first one, then you'll learn training is pretty miserable (my experience) but race day makes all of it worth it!5 -
Hahahaha, the person who left the bathwater first peed in it.
Adding: I didn't think about it but either way, it's not good.6 -

This will be my 3rd Peachtree. July 4th in Atlanta is horrible at best! I have completed one 15K and one Half Marathon. I would love to do another half... someday.

I would like to lessen my alcohol consumption, it makes me make poor food choices and quantities. Its how I gained back a lot of weight because I used alcohol as a coping tool after being assaulted. I am trying to find better coping tools now and drink a lot less.10

Had two AF days in a row!
3/6 days AF8 -
4 AF days/6 days. Now that I am home bored as heck, getting good at using Yummly online to find recipes. Now I pull something out of the fridge mid afternoon, type what it is in Yummly search, look for a recipe with 5 stars that has the ingredients I have at home, and not too many calories and gluten free, then get to business. Made cilantro-lime chicken thighs last night and saved half the cooked batch to use tonight for chicken tostadas with homemade guacamole and pico de gallo.6

Almost caved last night. But, realized I needed my judgement fresh and clear.
