The 2 on the left from 2018 when I weighed about 188lb, 2 on the right are present at 177lb... would like to get to 170lb🤔🤔15 -

Between 2016 & 2017, lost 110lbs, waist dropped from 44" to 30" (neck from 21.5" to 16") and just passed my 3 year of maintaining!

Still at it, 1.5 years of diet and lifting now, with plenty of setbacks along the way. I can't say I've reached my goals yet but I'm really happy with what I've accomplished and now I feel like I've done it long enough that it's stuck.
