    I’m going to try for 40 again.

    4/01- 1hr (cardio & strength)
    4/02- .75hr (25min run and 20 min core)
    4/03- 2hr (1hr yoga & 1/2hr run & 1/2 walk)
    4/04- 1.5hr (1hr yoga & 1/2hr run)
    4/05- rest
    4/06- .5hr kickboxing
    4/07- 1.5 (1hr yoga &. .1/2hr run)

    I need to start blocking out some time for strength and core.

    4/1: 45min HIIT (Janette Jenkins)
    4/2: 45min Day 1 of GBC + 60min walking
    4/3: 30min Tabata + 75min run (10k)
    4/4: 90min πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ w. kids + 15min Lazy Girl w. Dupre + planks + cleaning the basement πŸ˜„
    4/5: 60min πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ + 30min πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ (dumbbell), w. interruptions 😐
    4/6: (technically the next day 😣) 45min HIIT

    4/7: 30+min Day 1 of GBC + 90+min walk.

    Total to date: 10h 15min

    4/1: 45 minutes weights (chest, shoulder and triceps) + 30 minutes PE with Joe (youtube workout)
    4/2: 45 minutes indoor cycling + 30 mins. PE with Joe
    4/3: 30 minutes weights (legs) + 30 minutes PE with Joe
    4/4:
    4/5: 2 hrs indoor cycling (easy endurance ride)
    4/6: 45 minutes weights (back and biceps) + 30 minutes PE with Joe
    4/7: 1 hr indoor cycling

    Total MTD: 7 hrs 45 mins.
