I held off on this for a little over a week just to be sure I was really there... I am positive that some of you can relate. This is officially making my goal of 100lbs. SW is 315lbs (although I always think/say that I was likely a bit higher as that was the first weigh in after a couple weeks....I was just too scared to even get on a scale) Anyway, last Saturday I weighed at 214.4 (YAY) and then 213.6 on Wednesday. I haven't been on the scale since as we have been at our place in Lake Tahoe laying low with my family under COVID-19 protocols. But, I have had a great week of diet and exercise so I think I am good to go and officially declare myself under 215lbs and at my GW. I am actually now setting a new goal for 190lbs, and that has everything to due with looking for better performance for an Ultra I am signed up for on my b-day weekend in September. I will likely gain a bit back after that as I am totally satisfied at this point with looks and health, etc. For reference I am 6'3". I did low cal with low carb. 1200cal/day at first and then 1500cal/day after that. Scheduled re-feed days about every third week to coincide with events/holidays/trips, etc. Did weight circuits 1-2 times a week and lots of outdoor cardio, mainly trail running and mountain biking. I have added a lot of snowshoeing this winter as well. I started this the last week of July 2019. Anyway, pic on the left is June 2019 and pic on the right is yesterday, 3/29/20. Great job to all posting here!

No where nearly finished but thought I would share progress.
Pic on the left is from May 2019, the pic on the right is from March 2020.
Rotating various strength programs. I think I should reach my goal October/November this year but most importantly I’m enjoying the journey and taking back control of my life.
Edit I’m going to be 40 in June, so really want a new bod as life begins at 4068 -

Fair play to you! You are a changed man! Life does begin at 40! (Also 50, which I just turned in 2019!)

Thank you for your kind words above and yes 50 is a fine age too, you look great btw 😁 excellent work indeed!
I should add that I also do IF, the 16/8 and walk everyday for 10km in the morning during my fasted state, I’m lucky I live right next to a lake and park.

I have a few photos of myself that I look at occasionally to keep me motivated. Today I decided to recreate one of them and tried on a dress I wore last Summer. I'm pretty happy with the difference!
