What did you do to lose 47lbs that quick!! You look great!? I just started low carb yesterday.3 -
Me a couple/few years ago not sure but I think these jeans I have on this pic is a 20w jeans, but I DO remember having to struggle to get these jeans buttoned--they were so TIGHT in the waist
Today, tried on a pair of size 0's that were too big for one of my daughters...AND THEY FIT!
Welllll...I could squeeze into them and button and zip them AND I could dance and run in them if I wanted to, BUT they are low-rise jeans and high rise jeans looks best on me, but whatever-- Yes, I see some tummy bulge in these wonderful size 0, but IT'S A SIZE ZERO honey, BOOM and so what! Now my "normal" size is size 6 (from my all time high for AT LEAST the past 20+ years of almost 220lbs/size 22w (my highest waist size was 48-50+ inches...these 0's are 25 inch waist--WOW) and I just recently attempted to get into a size 4 I bought sometime ago and they almost fit, so to SQUEEZE into these 0's is nothing less than tremendous to/for me!
From my highest since starting Mfp more than 7 years ago of 219.8 to my current weight which ranges these days from 126 to 130lbs--of late...
YAY and BOOOOOOM!!!!!

Wow, amazing job!! What are you doing as far as calories vs exercise? Love that tattoo placement!5 -
Thank you
I don't focus that much on calories, I just try to eat sensibly and everything in moderation but I go to the gym around 5 times a week for 1-2 hours, doing weights, functional training and Les Mills group classes.

I’ve lost 40 pounds in the past year by monitoring calories on MyFitnessPal, calisthenics, stretching, walking, a little running, and meditation.87 -

Keep up the good work, great results for that amount of time 👏👏0 -
The 2 photos on the left are the ones that made me realise I needed a drastic change in lifestyle, from 2018, the photos on the right are current and feel better than I ever did in my 30’s💪57 -

I'm not done yet! But this is what I look like after reaching my first goal. I still don't really see it in the mirror. I've lost 20kg/44lbs, and I've got 4kg/8.8lbs left to go.

Very visible, very positive results. I hear what you're saying about self-perception, as I had the same problem - couldn't fully see it in some photos, even, at the time. Same photos, I sure can now.Your self-perception will eventually adjust and let you fully appreciate this sleeker, fitter-looking woman in the mirror.

I started at 265 and have lost a total of 95 total pounds so far. I’m wanting to lose another 35-40 pounds, but as of right now, I’m feeling amazing! 😊
I know this is terribly late, but I have that shirt (the skull one)! Shirt sisters! Amazing loss as well!23
