I have a few photos of myself that I look at occasionally to keep me motivated. Today I decided to recreate one of them and tried on a dress I wore last Summer. I'm pretty happy with the difference!
Me a couple/few years ago not sure but I think these jeans I have on this pic is a 20w jeans, but I DO remember having to struggle to get these jeans buttoned--they were so TIGHT in the waist
Today, tried on a pair of size 0's that were too big for one of my daughters...AND THEY FIT!
Welllll...I could squeeze into them and button and zip them AND I could dance and run in them if I wanted to, BUT they are low-rise jeans and high rise jeans looks best on me, but whatever-- Yes, I see some tummy bulge in these wonderful size 0, but IT'S A SIZE ZERO honey, BOOM and so what! Now my "normal" size is size 6 (from my all time high for AT LEAST the past 20+ years of almost 220lbs/size 22w (my highest waist size was 48-50+ inches...these 0's are 25 inch waist--WOW ) and I just recently attempted to get into a size 4 I bought sometime ago and they almost fit, so to SQUEEZE into these 0's is nothing less than tremendous to/for me!
From my highest since starting Mfp more than 7 years ago of 219.8 to my current weight which ranges these days from 126 to 130lbs--of late...
A difference of 40 pounds So glad I took these photos, because it took me a couple years to get here and it's been hard for me to see the difference as I go!
Thank you I don't focus that much on calories, I just try to eat sensibly and everything in moderation but I go to the gym around 5 times a week for 1-2 hours, doing weights, functional training and Les Mills group classes.
