As an eternal night owl, I'm suddenly enjoying these completely silent, early mornings, of late.

When I wake up before 6am, I wake up naturally.

If I sleep passed 6am, my neighbor clomping over my head is what wakes me. That & what sounds like moving furniture for 2-hrs every morning.

Ah, peace. For 2-hrs more, the sounds of nothingness in the background...

    Aaaaaaand saved. Thanks.

Going to eat once today, so b'kfast is a giant omelette with onion, sausage, IR cheddar & potato, which I'll eat on the patio before it gets into the high 90s.

    Enjoy your days, All!

Today I'm grateful that I found the determination to go out and exercise w/out my dog. She said she didn't wanna go, by hiding behind my dad when I got the leash. So I just said '*kitten* it's and went myself.

Whatever I might lack, I've got a nice, safe, quiet apt & plenty of food. Luckier than some. It's a good day.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to get my freshly tuned up bike (which is the love of my summertime life) from the shop and going cycling this afternoon, especially since it's GORGEOUS weather outside. Well, for Canada at this time of year anyway.

Got the chance to get my dad's garden filled for him. He can't really get around much and has always had two huge lots that he tended to. Plowed up as much as he'll be able to manage. Been a long time since he and I did that together.

Nice that you have your dad. Enjiy your time.. I miss mine.

Today I took a walk with my little man, then I colored on the walkway with chalk, and then we played, as he calls it, "soccers ball" in the yard. All in all, I'm grateful for being able to spend more time with my son. It's been awesome!
