    I'm in. I'm Chris. 70 years old. Had back surgery last June and hip surgery last month. Used to do 5 miles a day w/DH but I've been grounded for a very, very long time. Getting back to it tho. Weight is going crazy with the shelter in place but I'll get back to that too.

    NOTES - well at least it’s coming back down. I’m so over going up and down the same few lbs. Still doing IF and have done ok with logging my food with the exception of a couple of days where I didn’t. Drinking my water and doing my morning 5K runs.

    Tuesday April 14 - 157.5 - Not giving up, I am way more on track now that I don't have a job, working out more, eating better. Maybe tomorrow's weigh-in : - )
    Wednesday April 15 - 155.5 - Better. Almost back to the beginning of the month weight. Time to surpass that.
    Thursday April 16 - 154.9 - That is more like it. Quite honestly, I awoke very early to a pound more than that, so went back to bed again and then got this number.

    I first hit this weight last October.
    I hope that you are able to get back into the 180s and stay there awhile.
    My tracker keeps saying that I will be 139 in 5 weeks, but it has been saying that for many months. 149 would be a good start. Long way for me to go yet to get to my UG.
    I guess that we just have to stay the course and stay on track.

    I’ve been lingering at my current weight since December last year. I’ve just been going up and down the same few lbs and right when I think I going down again I shoot right back up. I am up 20 lbs from my lowest weight and have been here unable to make it go back down. I almost feel like my body is too happy at my current weight and it just refuses to move. It’s so discouraging and frustrating. I just feel like giving up at times and just saying it is what it is. But I want to reach my goals I work my butt off daily. I’m far from perfect so I get why I would have slow losses but ......no losses is bumming me out.
