Ibuprofen doesn't help me at all. Anti inflammatory medicine doesnt do anything for me. Its the pain reliever and the caffeine is what knocks my headache out.

Well the first time my boy went on about his little buddy got $10 for his tooth and it was my kids first tooth...
Needless to say I was totally hustled 😂...
The next day his friends parents were like "Noo 😂"
Ok you little brat, your first tooth I guess...
Since then it's been $5...although last time I think I only had $3 so that was it 🤷🏽♂️0
