Round 112
Please join us! Starting on 04/27 JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 112
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Even though I didn't lose anything last round, I am not disappointed: I had a bad couple of days. At least I maintained my weight loss from R110. I really hope that by Thursday I will finally stay under 60 kg (forever). That can't be very hard, right? Fingers crossed! π€ Hopefully the scales will move in my favour this time!

Gained a bit of weight as soon as I turned 29 and losing it has felt next to impossible. I've been overeating and staying at home means wine and TV all day long. I'm hoping some structure will help me overcome the cycle. I just want to get back to where I was last year when I was feeling my best.

Thank you @GrandmaJackie
I live in the UK - aged 48 - with hubby and two daughters age 12 and 17 - other 4 (step) kids all grown up and left home and we also have 6 grandkids (aged between 1 and 7). Came back to this in round 110
R110 - Start weight 155.0lb End weight 152.3lb Round Loss 2.7lb
R111 - Start weight 152.3lb End Weight 146.8lb Round loss 5.5lb
Round goal - keep tracking, keep losing and get out for my 10k steps walk in the evenings (working from home at the minute so desk bound most of the day) and keep active at the weekends with doing stuff round the house. Had a big loss last round - so hoping to stabilise a bit this round and finish in the 145's so a loss of around 1.5lb would be good
