My biggest goal I would like to accomplish (outside of weight loss) is my evening snacking. I’m trying to focus on not eating after 8pm.... I can do great all day but after the kids are in bed I raid the fridge and cabinets sometimes adding 300-400 calories/day.

04/26 133.2 – 9.49 miles walked yesterday. 51 calories in credit, fat 12g over, all other macros in green. So I didn't lose any weight this round – weigh exactly the same as the end of the last round; BUT, I went the whole 10 days without having a chocolate binge, or any binge – that has got to be a positive success! I did eat some chocolate, but controlled it by weighing a very small portion and including it in my healthy eating plan & staying within my calories everyday and other macros in green 7 days out of 10. So I definitely consider this round to be a success. Hope, no, plan on next round to be just as successful.

I have been meaning to lose the last few KG to get down to my 75kg goal. Now nothing is open I thought this would be the perfect time to get there. I have been sitting around my current weight since August 2018 so I am comfortable with my maintenance lifestyle but always had that end goal in the back of my mind that I set in October 2017!

27/04 - 78.7kg - Another round beings, god knows how I dropped to my round goal in one day, but I am guessing I'll be back to the 79's tomorrowForget about the number of the scale day to day, if you keep up the good habits and stay honest with yourself that number in 10 days time will be further from where you started and closer to where you want to be!
If you ever feel down and head to the snack draw to get something sweet or something you don't need to eat. Think about the real reason you started this journey in the first place, because when I think about mine it instantly gives me that 'it's not worth it feeling' and I grab a piece of fruit or have a coffee!7 -

Hello,
Im 36, from UK, mum of two kids 13boy and 22month girl.
Work from home, driving a lot with work, used to be very very active but everything changed after little one and new job.
Not muchsupport at home or elsewhere, need like minded people to get back to what i was before.

04/27 - 151.0 - I can handle this to start. I'd love to see 14x.x this round but time will tell. Especially since my weight has been jumping around, I want to see if my scale is okay and its not just me. Though, it may just be me afterall. Old batteries so guess I'll figure that out soon. My shoes have not yet shipped but with the virus and the weekend, I'm not surprised. Can't really run or walk much without them, though. Got a nice blister from walking the golf course yesterday with the boys learning how to play. Even though I didn't play, I really enjoyed it and once I learn (and get less frustrated with myself over it) I think I'm gonna be another one to the list of people I know who like to have a nice relaxing day at the course. No known plans today besides try not to nap (as much as I may wan to right now and I just woke up!). Need to hydrate horribly! Got more dehydrated and sunburn on the course than I did the beach Saturday!

I live in the UK - aged 48 - with hubby and two daughters age 12 and 17 - other 4 (step) kids all grown up and left home and we also have 6 grandkids (aged between 1 and 7). Came back to this in round 110

Round goal - keep tracking, keep losing and get out for my 10k steps walk in the evenings (working from home at the minute so desk bound most of the day) and keep active at the weekends with doing stuff round the house. Had a big loss last round - so hoping to stabilise a bit this round and finish in the 145's so a loss of around 1.5lb would be good
04/27 - 148.4lb (+1.6lb) Yesterday's weight was a very unexpected loss showing a loss on 1.8lb which came out of nowhere. I also had a full on day yesterday with a lot of heavy gardening, a "Bring Your Parent to Cheer" hour long Zoom training session and a Sunday roast with homemade by my daughters apple crumble (albeit it all within calories but still more food than I would normally eat in the evening!
Today's weigh in still means I've lost over the weekend so still happy
And wow was the cheer session tough! I was ok with the warm-up part as regularly have PT Sessions at the gym, but the stunting part was tough!!! As for tumble - I couldn't do a cartwheel at 15 so no chance at 50!!! Although did manage the forward rolls and a sort of handstand! :
And we were only doing level 1 stuff! My kids are level 4 and level 6 - those girls are strong!!!

04/27 DNW today. I live with my in-laws and the scale vanished from the bathroom because I think my sister in law used it to weigh her cat. So I took that as a sign from the universe to just wait until tomorrow morning. I didn’t sleep so great and woke up at 4 AM wide awake, so I’m hoping that doesn’t affect my appetite too much today. I’m hoping to be down from 125.2 tomorrow morning. It was a weekend filled with birthday dinners for my husband but I did manage to stay relatively close to calorie goals. Last night I probably went over by about 150 or so, which isn’t a killer. I also focused on drinking more water yesterday but lacked enough fiber. So drinking a good amount of water and getting enough fiber today is my goal today!

04/27: 140 (+.4) Lol. Burned 850 calories doing a 3 hour bike ride and I gain weight? Maybe just working through the 3 liters of water and electrolytes I drank. Had pasta for dinner and some margaritas but don’t think it was over calories. The body is truly just a chemical reaction.

04/27 - 159.6 - I am super proud of this! I do well Mon- Thurs but tend to over eat on the weekends. I went for a 3.6 mile walk yesterday. I even had a snow cone and some ice cream! I am ready to see the mid 150s! I updated my goal to 157. I think I can do it!
