I've been the same weight for several years now. I'd like to lose another 15 to 20, but even maintenance is great right now. Like many of you, I've lost and gained it back, plus plenty, in the past. I've been able to prevent that for six or seven years now.
I've also managed to pack on more muscle than I've ever had. Bottom line: Keep grinding and never give up.

I work out six days a week and have for going on nine years. We're mostly vegan. I don't eat much sugar, either.10 -

Congratulations! I started at 372 & I'm now at 308, so you can imagine how much I admire you. Did you start exercising when you got serious about losing weight or did you wait to begin exercising? My hips are bad so I just started back walking today. Baby steps, but consistent is how I've lost the weight I have so far. Your success is an inspiration to me!16
