NOTES - I’m still not sure if this is really the number. I guess it was an ovulation spike I had before? I hope this is accurate. I’m excited to continue losing. Alternating IF and OMAD days has really been working for me. Today is an OMAD day. I already got my jog in this morning and now cleaning up the house a bit before the first viewers come see it. I hope we sell it quickly.

@lizziebtothec Just an opinion - perhaps looking at your macros, adding a few reps to your exercise, changing what you are eating - these may be a few options for you.

Also, it may just be taking time. At one point, I was the same weight for 3 months then I finally lost 2 lbs in the 4th month.

    Keep going the course! :)

Cal avg so far (Mon to Thurs) is 1280 and I'm doing really well with drinking more water this week. I've had 8 cups daily since Tuesday.

I'm not loving the weight gain due to my new scale but I will work to get back to the top of my maintenance goal.
Now, I do love that my weight syncs with Fitbit which then syncs with MFP. Also, all of the stats are nice.
    Renpho Bluetooth Scale on Amazon

FYI: My BF has been back and forth between 33% and 35% for 6 months. My goal is 30% and we will see what happens. I tend to carry my weight around my waist and hips.
I have seen 32% once in March and May - on my way!

I am so frustrated and just want to give up. I am not close to my goal weight. Why is it so hard to lose any amount of weight? I'm staying under my calories, IF, and exercising. This is so annoying.

Are you doing a lot of running? Running raises cortisol, which could deplete progesterone, leading to estrogen dominance, which can make it harder to lose weight. Hormone imbalances are the bane of my existence. You could look into doing/adding a more restorative and relaxing form of exercise, or practicing meditation or mindfulness.

I've read a lot of books on mindset regarding weight loss. I could recommend some, if you're interested, and you could YouTube the authors and what they say if you don't have the time to read them. Send me a PM, or "@" me if you want those.

    Good luck!

    Female, 59, 5'3"
    MFP start weight Oct 28.18 - 191
    May goal: The 148.8
    Ultimate goal: 112-115

    I weigh every day.

Friday May 01 - 153.8 - How great it would be to get firmly entrenched into the 140s by June!
    Saturday May 02 - 153.6
Sunday May 03 - 155.3 - Ribs. I will try not to have them for at least another month. They were delicious, but it will take awhile to get the weight back down. I knew this.
Monday May 04 - 154.7 - Still working off those Ribs.
Tuesday May 05 - 153.4 - Another case of going back to bed to lay there and listen to the radio, a pound down from when I first got up.
Wednesday May 06 - 154.1 - I did go back to bed after getting up, but am from now on am going to use the higher number. (Otherwise I was 153.1 after going back to bed)
Thursday May 07 - 153.1 - Slept in today. Rainy days make me tired I think.
    Friday May 08 - 156.1 - Dang it!
    Saturday May 09 - 154.8
    Sunday May 10 - 155.5
    Monday May 11 - 155.2
    Tuesday May 12 - 153.7
    Wednesday May 13 - 153.3
    Thursday May 14 - 154.1
Friday May 15 - 154.4 - No reason for this gain, hoping to see it gone tomorrow.
Saturday May 16 - 154.8 - I am not getting much sleep the last few days, thinking that is contributing to gaining weight.
