For the next 7 days – get rid of the remaining lockdown weight (I am 170 / 5'7).
March, not ideal – 75 kgs / 165 lbs
End of lockdown (May 11) – 80 kgs / 176 lbs (whaaaat!?)
CW – 77 kgs / 169 lbs
End of May – hopefully 75 kgs / 165 lbs or even a bit less?
... and then later some usual, unattainable bigger goals (145lbs)
(measuring in lbs looks even more scary)

Current mini goals are to get to 215 by my birthday on May 23rd (I have 4.6 lbs to go) and drop below 200 by the end of June. My current trend lines on my weight chart show I'm on track for both!
I also have a size 14 of my favorite jeans saved in my cart on Amazon, just waiting to be purchased!
Well, it's my birthday! And I didn't quite make it to 215, but I did make it to 215.4 so I'm calling that a win. Onward to the next goal! And I think I'll purchase those size 14s on June 1st. My 16s are somehow already a little saggy...
Happy birthday!!! Ps I think your allowed to round on your birthday, so in my eyes you made 215..... What's more important is I bet those size 14s are going to o fit and feel sooooo good!!!!
Awesome job!!!!8 -
Mini goals are: to actually stick to my maximum kcal per day and to practice yoga everyday, it doesn't matter if it's only 15 minutes.9

New mini goal since I've hit Onederland again is two weeks from now and seeing what fitness level I'm at after Chloe Ting's 2 week shred. So I guess, goal is feeling good and feeling fitter. (Losing weight and toning would be cool too.)5

Losing another 6 lb. to be back to the weight I was when I met my husband. And to start doing yoga 3 times a week.7

Turning 30 in August, want to start this new decade off the best me yet.8

Just 2 more kilos off (what's that, 5lbs?) by mid-June. I'll take it down further after that!4

Finishing week 10 of 10 week week slim down challenge from Redefining strength.com. Then doing it again with my daughter, should be down 3 sizes by the end and able to do handstand challenges!3

Be aware of eating clean on the weekend.9

Exit the 150s.8

1st day of my weekly routine and I made good gains in every exercise. Also clocked in at 169.5 lb this morning. Meeting those goals and moving the goalposts for more progress are my motivators right now.8

Having my tanks feel looser for the summer6

Right now, trying to lose 2 lbs. Losing those two:
- gets me to my first goal of losing 20 lbs.
- pushes me from the BMI standard of obese to overweight.
Wish me luck!13 -

short term goal getting back into the 160's again.. (this will be the third time - if I do it) and then staying there this time..5

Bypass surgery coming up in August. Still steadily losing with only zoom appointments to the center but have pre-surgery testing being done and then pre-surgery weigh-in. I want to be under 50 bmi for that and then as much as possible before the surgery. I came down the last few months from a 56 bmi to a 52. Another 10 or 15 lbs can get me down more to a lower risk for the surgery.
Working really hard for my health; NAFLD stage 2, diabetes, gerd stage 3, bad knees and copd. Started February at 296 lbs. Down to 271. Next mini-goal-257 by June 29th.15 -
My weight is up 5 lbs from mid-March, so those need to go.
2nd mini-mini goal log all food today (I got to start somewhere to get those 5 lbs off and I haven't logged in a long time). Logging has the benefit of instant calorie reduction, because I'm lazy and don't want to log all day so I just won't munch as much

My first goal is to not eat any sweets like chocolate and cookies, or anything with added sweeteners for a week. I started Sunday and haven't strayed since. Even though my favorite 85% dark chocolate is right there when I make tea.6

Just reached my first goal of losing 50 pounds. I gotta do that at least three more times to be in a decent range and ideally a fourth time to get down to my ideal weight. So I'm going to be at this for a couple more years.17

This summer I want to continue doing daily 20-30 minute yoga sessions, walk/jog 15k steps or more, learn how to do pushups, and get into the 150s. I've been hovering around 163-165. The 150s are so close!8

Getting under 2008

Finally broke into the 170s today! Was my first mini goal. Motivating me to my next two mini goals....be able to wear my wedding ring again after many years and to weigh in the 160s. The driver behind losing is because my glucose is up and they are watching for prediabetes. I don't want to have to take meds and go down the path of diabetes when i can prevent it with diet and exercise. The other driver is my cholesterol levels. Need to get my HDL into a good range and get off meds!9
-
Half a pound to pre-pregnancy weight and then only 10 pounds to wedding weight!10

wow...congrats.!!0

Obesity is a risk factor for covid-19 complications. Fear of imminent death is a great motivator.11

I want to get to the low 150s by the end of summer. Right now I'm sitting at 163-165.7

It can certainly be a great kick-starter! I hope that as you move more and farther into the process, you ALSO add positives like "continuing to be able to go a bit longer before getting tired / have less joint pain" "loving seeing changes in the tape measure readings" to KEEP you going in a way you will enjoy for ever.
