@its_cleo, ohhh that is a terrible bummer about the bike!! I am so sorry that it didn’t work and that you have to return it. I really do hope that your bike shop opens soon and that all the businesses will reopen. Maybe things will reopen some and you can enjoy your two weeks off in June.
@trooworld, haha! I tried the Blue plan for a couple of days and just switched back to Green plan too. I still use way more of my weekly points then I should. Your Memorial Day BBQ sounds good. We are doing hotdogs because DH loves them sooo much. That is good news that your area is starting to reopen.
@theslightedgeforever, Ugghhhh I’m nowhere near where I had planned to be six months ago. Except with my workouts. I really have made that a major part of my life and I love how far I’ve come and what I can do now. But how to make my diet a major part of my life. That is still a work in progress. But I’m not giving up and that has to count for something.
Good morning! Well, I managed to lose a tiny bit of weight even after my dinner and dessert out with DH. Sooo that is good news but I’m still a long way from where I should be and that makes me so frustrated with myself. But I have a plan that I’m going to try starting today and I will let you know at next week’s weigh-in if it worked.Today is clean my house day so that I can have a guilt free weekend. I hope you all have a great weekend!

@trooworld Yes that sounds like a hungry person. Do you have any zero point f&v to tide you over til the next meal? So you have a new week to do it right this time.
@teresaw1020 Not giving up is the way to go. You are just finding out all the ways that don't work. So how about pick one thing and make that a part of your lifestyle like you did exercise. What would that be? What would be a "big rock"? something that would really help you and make a big difference.
So here's some good thoughts from the 100 day book I'm reading. Chasing Cupcakes by Elizabeth Benton
Transformation is not a journey you pursue, transformation is now. Change happens in any moment you choose it.
Transformation is a decision not a destination. Excellence is not an aspiration, excellence is the next five minutes. Excellence is an opportunity that exists no matter what you are doing in the next five minutes.
Transformation is a present choice, not a future outcome. You don't have to earn it, you have to choose it and every choice is a chance.
When you plan to do better tomorrow, you miss the chances in front of you today.
When you see change as something that exists in the future, what you don’t see clearly is the opportunity to choose change now. You don’t take responsibility for the work that presents itself today because who and how you want to be is out on the horizon of your life.
Transformation is Now means you can be different right now. You need to be. This is when change happens. NOW not tomorrow. This next moment is your chance. This next meal is your chance. The next moment is your opportunity. No choice is too small to make a difference.

@theslightedgeforever, thanks for those really wise words from your book! I was just telling my Fat2Fit group that I was going to push a little harder and make this last week of the month count. I’m not going to have an “all or nothing” attitude. I’m going to have a “not right now” attitude. Then I read what you posted and it all just fits so well. It really is about right now! What I do in this moment is going to determine what I do in the next moment.
I was talking about how disciplined I have become with my workouts and if only I could do that with my eating. The reason I can take a day off from working out is that I know how hard I work the other of the days of the week. That is how I need to be with my eating. If I indulge it needs to be because I have been on point with my other meals that this one meal is a treat and not something to feel guilt and shame over. Does that make sense? I think it makes sense to me.0 -
@teresaw1020 It definitely makes sense to me. For my transformation is now thinking, I found an app called Tally that I have three "categories" set up. Now, Later, Never So if I come across a task whether health related or not, small or big, if the thought to do it runs through my head and it takes two minutes or less or already scheduled and I do it NOW then I get a tally mark. If I procrastinate saying, I'll do it later today then a tally in Later. Then I make a note of what that item is. I have 24 hours to do it....if I don't, then it gets moved to Never with a note. (so I can see what I'm putting off. I already have put "water plants" in the Never column.
I said, there's always tomorrow. One day won't hurt. If its a healthy choice task like I said no to a donut, I give myself a tally mark as I am choosing to be healthy NOW versus later. So we'll see how this works.
@trooworld Congrats on your weight loss. So I'm confused. You sounded like you were going over your points last week but you lost 2+ lbs. Which is great. So maybe you were over tracking some things. I was thinking about your comment about being hungry. In one of my 100 day books we had to think of when we have felt real pain in our lives and compare it to that. Then we had to write a response card so the next time I say but I'll be hungry this is what I'm supposed to tell myself TOLERATE IT! Hunger and cravings aren't emergencies. I can tolerate them. They are mild compared to TMJ pain and after abdominal surgery pain. besides I'm going to eat again within 2-3 hours. So what would your response card say?

Hey all
Well the good news for me- I went to return the bike and the guys at the bike shop were really nice. I talked to them about the problem and they suggested a new part to raise the handlebars higher. They said if it didn't work I could still return the bike. So I tried it out yesterday and it seemed much better. I will go for another ride tomorrow and see how it is, but I'm pretty optimistic. it would be nice to be able to get some cardio.
@trooworld congrats on the loss!
@theslightedgeforever sounds like a good book. I can never read books like that, I get bored. I tried an audio book and I don't think I made it past the preface lol. I'm just not a big reader anymore.
@TeresaW1020 that sounds like a good plan to me. I think feeling guilt and shame is not very helpful.
It sounds like some of you are having bbqs for the long weekend! Enjoy. I'm going to the butcher shop later today to get some lamb. I may also get some steaks, burger. Whatever they have. I don't normally go to a butcher but I always do when I want lamb. I find the lamb in the grocery store too fatty.
Summer has really arrived here. I have one more week of work and then I'm done for 2 weeks!0 -
@trooworld Whatever happened it was a good thing for you. May you do the wrong thing again.
Ooh that's a good response card.
@its_cleo That's great about the bike. I see alot of summer bike rides in your future. Helping to make you fit and firm. I can't do audio books. My mind wanders too much. I'm only reading 2-3 pages a day cause it's spread out over 100 days and then we have questions to answer so it's in bite size pieces. Plus journaling my thoughts on the subject matter I read for the day. I love lamb. I don't find too many people that do. So I'm glad you are my lamb buddy.

@its_cleo, that is great that you think you got the problem fixed with the bike. I have never had lamb. I always wanted to try it but I have no confidence in how to cook it. I watch chefs cook it all the time on cooking shows and understand that it can be done really wrong. What do you do with it?
@theslightedgeforever, that app sounds interesting! So, I guess if you get a new plant it better be a cactus?I really like what you said to trooworld about how we can tolerate hunger and cravings compared to the real pain that we have had in our lives. I’m still trying to stretch my fasting time and will have to try that approach.
@trooworld, I’m with you in hoping that our friends on here are doing well and that they will check-in. So, what is on the menu today?
Good morning and happy Memorial Day! Yesterday, I overate on points by having grilled hotdogs and chips and then two glasses of wine. I’m back on track today with lots of water and eating much lighter. I joined this water drinking challenge on FB, which hopefully will help me stay more mindful. Not much going on today. It’s booty day on my workout program so that should be really hard. I’m on week five of this program and I love the progression and how much my flexibility and balance have improved. I still can’t do a stupid burpee but I can do a full plank without thinking I’m going to die.0 -
@teresaw1020 I'm enjoying the app so far but my attention span can be somewhat limited so I will let it run its course and hopefully it will be a long while. It's a real time motivator and shows me look what I CAN DO. Most of items aren't health/fitness related but it spills over. Funny but I hate cactus because they aren't pretty. lol I do need hardy plants though. I do have some pretty flowers in my yard and some not so pretty. lol Flexibility and balance is so important as we age. Nothing that I'm suggesting you are older. lol
@trooworld Yummy, gyros. I think it depends on the age of the sheep, probably it's living conditions/food too. I like lamb stew, lamb chops, lamb and rice. But hubby can't eat red meat cause of a blood condition so I don't cook it at home. So sick of chicken all the time cause I'm not a seafood eater. Oh well. I eat red meat when I'm out. Good for you for trying to keep your points down.

@trooworld Only type of seafood I like is fish and chips.
So back to your plan today. Have you been sticking to your exercise plan this week? That's where I'm falling short. I started out good and then fizzled. So that needs some consistency. I will be working on my exercise. I've been using my juicer more because dh likes to watch youtube and see all the healthy concoctions he can come up with. I need to send him How to videos on the juicer and other gadgets in my kitchen. I just really hate cleaning that juicer. I have an internal debate always going on. Look how many carbs that juice has versus look how many minerals and vitamins that juice has. Current concotion is beetroot, carrot, ginger, plum, spinach, cucumber. I dilute it with some water to lower my carbs. But I'm sure dilutes the minerals and vitamins. I'm not really one to drink my calories. June is almost here. I've tried to be in maintenance mode for this past May and I slowed my gain. Now is time to start lowering my carbs a bit back down to the original plan. Although I figured out my numbers to stay within two lbs. Last time I tried, that didn't work.

@trooworld, you did so great with your BBQ dinner. You totally enjoyed it and accepted the points but you also didn’t overdo it for the rest of the day. That is exactly how we should enjoy special occasions.
@theslightedgeforever, I would never suggest that you said I was getting older. But it’s true!!!!
Good morning! I’m up early because I have to take mom to get some blood work done so her kidney doctor can check her potassium. Healthwise she is doing really well here. She is losing weight and her blood pressure, which is usually through the roof, has been almost perfect. So, that is all great. I just wish she would do some sort of exercise. She keeps saying that she will. Hmm??I joined a 40-day challenge on my intermittent fasting group on FB with the hope that it will help motivate me to start losing. It goes to July 4th which is good timing because I will be back in church on June 28th and it would be nice to be able to fit into my clothes.
I went grocery shopping and I didn’t buy any of the little “extras” that I like to have in the afternoons. And if I can’t begin to control my PB intake that might have to leave the house too. Speaking of PB, @cbabie where are you and I hope you are doing OK.

I’m still here. Just been busy. Haven’t been working out but have been getting lots of steps and active minutes in doing yard work.
Goals today are to stay within calories and get my steps in. Possible do a set of weights

Hi all..sorry I have been MIA for so long. Been reading these mostly at night on I pad & prefer to type on the desktop. Excuses! Raining here for about 3 days. Yesterday had a tornado about 2-3 miles from here & didn't even know it until I saw it on the news. Guess I should have paid attention when I thought I heard sirens, lol.
@trooworld Your barbeque sounded good. Good job with the exercise.
@TeresaW1020 I chuckled when you said about PB. Made me look to make sure it wasn't Cbabie that said it. Glad your Mom is doing so well at your house. I love Texas Roadhouse!!
@theslightedgeforever I like fish & chips, but also like most other kinds of fish. I sometimes make salmon patties...our dd's would turn their nose up to that. One likes fish & the other not so much. The juice sounds nutritous, but I prefer eating the food. Sounds like your dh is making it? All my dh is making is that darn peanut brittle, lol. (which I do love!!) Good job on slowing your gain.
I lost about 5# at the beginning of quarantine, but must be relaxing, because I have gained 3# back. I need to stop that! Don't think I am eating that differently, either before or now, so don't understand either the loss or the gain.
Well, OK dd & gkids got here on Sunday night. First thing, the gkids ran up & both gave me a big hug. Dh kept laughing saying "your social distancing isn't working". So far, so good. Think dd was trying to be careful before coming here & also says there aren't very many cases is OK where they live. Before she had said they weren't doing much testing tho, so even though it looks like not many cases, doesn't mean they aren't there, lol. IA has really stepped up their testing, but numbers do seem better than they have been. We stopped & saw dd & her dh the other night, social distancing outside, lol. They (dd & gkids) still have school for another week or so, so we have told the ones here they have to wait to see them.
Well, the gkids are doing an online class that they are signed up for, so think I will go down & walk on the treadmill for awhile, otherwise I will have to do it while Disney channel is on, lol.
Have a great day!!0 -
@teresaw1020 Are you able to take walks with your mom? That would be a good way for you to talk and she still gets in some exercise. She probably thinks you mean do your Beachbody fitness or something similar. That's great that you didn't put your little "extras" in the shopping cart.
@trooworld For me, that is a plan. lol Doing 3 workouts a week. You are really doing well. Keep it up.
@renaegry Yard work is hard work I think. I used to not think that til I had to start doing it. How did you do on today's goals?0 -
@retiredandlovingit Good job on getting on the treadmill. Yikes on the tornado. I wonder if my son knew. Although he was probably at work miles away. I love TX Roadhouse too. I turn my nose up too at salmon patties. I grew up eating them. I prefer eating the fruit too. I really make it for dh and then I take some of it. I figure why not slip in some extra vitamins and minerals. No I'm the one making it and he's drinking it. Much like I cook the food and he eats it. lol My own fault. I trained him that way. I was just reading tonight about how Iowa is underreporting some cases. Nursing homes and some of the meat packing plants. I do hope it's going down in Iowa. I still check the numbers everyday. My kids say that had this pandemic not happened, I wouldn't know the county they live in. So true. lol

Morning all. Day 2 of checking in. Lol
@theslightedgeforever Made my goals yesturday. Even got in a 4 km walk in the 60km winds. Even did some weights.
Today off to the city daughter has a dr appt to get her knee looked at. Need to get the steps in for step bet so possible walk this evening. Hubby on his way home today so will see what the weekend brings. Hoping to build a patio out at the camper.0 -
@theslightedgeforever I could probably manage to read 2 or 3 pgs a day. Maybe lol. Somehow I can’t read books but I’m on twitter a million times a day. I do like lamb but only as an occasional thing.
@TeresaW1020 lamb- to me the cut is the most important thing. It can be very bony or fatty so I pretty much only buy it from a butcher, and I was get like stewing chunks, or when I went this time they had a boneless leg of lamb I got. Usually I will make lamb stew or this time I made this: https://barefootcontessa.com/recipes/moroccan-lamb-tagine
Except the recipe calls for lamb shanks but I cut up the boneless leg I bought. Lamb can be served rare like steak so I think the biggest thing is not to overcook it.
@trooworld sounds like a great barbecue. Yeah some special occasions are worth it. My dad usually has a bbq every summer and I always overdo it. ….you’ll have to come back at the end of the week and tell us which one of the recipes was the best.
Juicers- some things I feel like it’s fine to just buy instead of make. Yesterday I was out and got a smoothie, strawberry banana. It was good.
@RetiredandLovingIt I’m glad you got to see your family.
I’m good all. 2 weeks vacation coming up and of course I’m not going anywhere, but it will be nice to have time off work. My bike has benn working out okay and so I’ve been biking every day around 45 minutes, 8-10km. I feel like that’s not a lot but I’ve been easing into it slowly.
I walk twice a day but not very far because of the tendonitis.
Food- I’ve been doing so so. I have dessert a lot and I decided that was ok bc everything else sucks with this pandemic lol. Things still not normal here. My weight is maintaining under the target I set so it could be worse .
Heat wave here the last week and no AC so it has been pretty deadly. Temp got better today. They are telling me the AC is fixed but I don’t think it is.

@trooworld the menu looks good. I have a couple of eggplants in my fridge I was going to make some baba ghanoosh (don't think that's the right spelling. too lazy to look it up. lol) with but I may just make some pizzas with it. Although I don't know if my family would eat it? Maybe I could make a bit of both.
@renaegry Yaaay on your goals. Just a day at a time. Hope your daughters knee is okay.
@it's cleo I'm addicted to Twitter too. That's what my hubby says. I don't watch news. That's how I get my news. ooh I've had that Moroccan tangine thing. I used to have a neighbor who was Moroccan. She made it for me once with some of that mint tea afterwards. I've never tried it myself though. Your bike rides sound heavenly. I have some of that pandemic thinking myself sometimes. I'm trying to change my thinking.......it's a process. I'm still maintaining within my 2 lbs like I wanted for May. I will show a loss for June. That's the plan.

@RetiredAndLovingIt, I hope that you have a wonderful time with your grandkids. How long are they staying? Gaining only 3 lbs since the quarantine isn’t bad at all but I get what you're saying. I am right there with you needing to get it together and stop the gains. I lived in Edmond, OK in 1986 and a tornado hit when my mom, brother, and I were on our way home from the mall. The wind was so bad that our car got thrown in a water-filled ditch. This very nice older couple stopped and took us home. It was terrifying!
@theslightedgeforver, yeah I could take walks with mom but she doesn’t want to do that.Yesterday, we talk about her looking up exercise videos on YouTube for seniors. I just need to nag her to make sure that she does it. I will be glad when I can start taking her shopping, which will get her out of the house.
@trooworld, nice looking menu you have for this week. I pinned a couple of them for future use. Today, we are making grilled Hawaiian chicken kabobs over brown rice. I’m excited!
@its_cleo, I hope you enjoy your lamb. That recipe does look good! Glad that the bike is working for you. Ugghhh not having a good working AC is the worst! When I lived in Florida my AC went out almost every summer. One time it was on the hottest week on record. I about died! What are you having for dessert? Instead of giving it up can you go lighter and healthier?
Good morning! Yesterday, after staff meeting several of our church members came and we made a video that will show how we plan to return and the steps we will take to stay safe. It was super fun and so good to see a few of my friends again.Well, I lost a bit of weight this week. The problem with keeping a spreadsheet is that I can easily see that since January I have lost one pound. ONE whole pound!! What the heck is wrong with me? I'm glad that I'm doing this 40-day challenge. Yesterday, at the staff meeting I didn’t touch the leftover Easter candy that we all end up eating while talking. Pastor didn’t eat any either, so we were both proud of ourselves. Of course, he was going out to his favorite Mexican place for lunch to have cheese dip and I came home to my apple and Greek yogurt.

@trooworld My mini goal is put on my exercise joyful movement shoes. Can't get much smaller than that. But my goal for May is burn 200 cals via exercise joyful movement. Logically I know that consistency is better than quantity. I write about it every day in my journal. But knowing and doing are two separate things. The lagoon sounds wonderful.
@teresaw1020 Heads up: Family members don't take well to nagging.I've been dubbed the nagger in my family. Hopefully she'll find something she likes. It needs to be looked at as joyful movement instead of exercise. That's how I'm trying to reframe it in my head. Having the pandemic doesn't help because of social distancing. She is dying to go shopping and hopefully in another couple of weeks the shelter in place for seniors will be lifted. If he doesn’t, we are slapping a mask on her and she is going anyway.
@trooworld, that is soooo awesome that you are down 4 lbs. for the month! You have been doing so great!! Wow, walking 6 miles is incredible. Did it hurt your foot? That pic is beautiful.
Good morning! I’m ready for a new month and have my goals all set. I am GOING to lose weight this month. NO more excuses and I would appreciate it very much if you would hold my feet to the fire and help keep me accountable. Change the script, change your life.
Some of my stories: Chasing perfection but then knowing that's not a good thing. Saying 80% is okay but then the voice says but you could have had higher.
Not finding a good time for exercise because of outside factors.
I'm not consistent with exercise.

Good morning! So, yesterday DH and I went out to do a little shopping. We went and bought me some new workout shoes. I was doing the Barre barefooted but I think that was part of what ended up hurting my foot. Then we went to Target and got a new frying pan. So, it was a good day! 2. Workout 30 minutes or more (housework counts) Barre Cardio

Morning all. Well May sucked. Got weight down to 151.6 to finish of May at prob 153-154. So June’s goal is to get below 150. I have gotten slack on working out. But getting my steps in. So June’s goal is to run 2 days a week and lift weights 2 days a week. And do abs and squats at 3 days (have decided instead of following the 30 day challenges I would like to do 100 each day I do it. 20 or 25 of 4 or 5 different styles).
Hope everyone is doing well.

Update:
Ended March at 107.8
Ended April at 105.0 & had 2 April weeks at 104
Ended May at 101.0
So successfully down 4# in May. What changed is, I started actually tracking every bite in May.
I decided I would track and try to hit my protein goals.
And, once I started to do that, it all fell into place.
I'm doing mainly IIFYM type eating. By tracking...that's where the magic is for me. Maybe its there for you also?!?!
Some of my foods....
I get an oreo cookie daily.
Sometimes Halotop Ice cream.
Sometimes a cereal bar that I make myself using Honey Nut Cheerios and Peanut butter.
I get to have Dorito tacos.
I get to have French fries and hamburgers.
and I get to eat pizza. I had all 3 of those last week. Last night I made chicken nuggets.
I eat a *kitten* ton of veggies.... hardly any salad dressing or oils. My carbs I try for under 100g. My protein, above 100g.
I'm also working out (in case you didn't know) - to an intense program called THE WORK.
and, love the challenge.
You all motivate me, even though I'm not replying all the time. Several of you have contributed to my success.
AND..... The warmer weather has helped also.
SO has the Coronavirus and working from home full time.
Anyway.
YAY!!!!!
This would be my goal weight. I've only been under 101.0 a couple times in the past 3 years. to be smaller than that I have to be very 'mindful' on my food.
0 -
@Trooworld I think having similar goals for June is fine. My own theory was having goals for 3 months, bc then I felt like if I could stick to a goal for 3 months it would be really ingrained like a habit and then I could move to the next. That was working, before covid.
@theslightedgeforever yeah 2020 can end as far as I’m concerned. I was chatting with someone who said May was the absolute worst, and it’s like- well don’t tempt fate or June will be even worse although I don’t see how that’s possible lol. …I think knowing the stories you tell yourself is important and can help. Even just knowing they’re ‘stories’ and not necessarily facts or things that can’t be changed. Recognizing that can cause a big shift.
@TeresaW1020 it sounds like you’re making good plans with your church to open safely. Sounds smart. Good luck with the 24 hour fast! Not sure I could do that tbh, I tend to get sick if I don't eat regularly- sick like headache, shaking etc. I expect it is a blood sugar issue.
@Shexio what is IIFYM?
Well I’ve been biking quite a bit, up to about 16 km a day. My butt and legs are sore lol. I’m doing as much strength training as I used to, I used to do about 4 days a week, now just doing the 2 virtual sessions with my trainer. I’m doing more cardio with the bike instead. And I go on my two walks a day. Every couple days I add another block on and so far my tendon can take that pace. I’m up to about 2 walks each one 1.5 km. To think I used to be able to walk 10 -14!
Food- it’s ok. I think someone asked me about dessert- normally I have ice cream, or sometimes some of a Lindt chocolate bar. Both of those I can portion so the calories aren’t too bad. If I have cheesecake or anything like that- it’s double the calories. So my weight has been under the 160lb limit I set but it’s borderline.
I have two weeks off work and it’s weird bc I don’t know what to do with myself. Today I went shopping for a few small things I needed and a bike helmet. Some stores are open now, but a lot aren’t.
I’ve been reading a little but about osteoarthritis for my wrist bc I’m trying to learn how to take care of it better. One thing it said is Vitamin D can help so I may look into supplements. Man I feel like I’m becoming an old person lol.

@trooworld I have that knee buckle thing occasionally too. I'm calling it age. Nice goals for June. It's great when the husband notices cause they don't usually notice anything.
@teresaw1020 I have a question on the no sugar thing If you put no that means you had sugar or no sugar because I was reading it as No sugar........ and if you put YES that means you achieved your goal. Are you confused now?
@reneagry You made me laugh with your May suck comment. So June's goals look good and that 150 is within reach.
@shexio Great job on getting to your goal weight. That's quite the achievement. I agree for me tracking is the key. I like my carb cycling plan because I can enjoy foods I like as long as I plan them
@its_cleo I'm so glad you are enjoying your bike. Isn't Lindt chocolate the best.
I switched back from maintenance to weight loss mode. May was a success as far as maintenance went.

@its_cleo, that is awesome that you are enjoying your bike and you are NOT getting old because you need to take some Vitamin D.Do you like being able to get out and go to stores? I love it but I HATE the mask. It fogs my glasses. Today, I’m going to get some anti-fog spray and see if that will help.
@theslightedgeforever, haha yeah I can see where that could be confusing. When I say no I mean that I didn’t eat any sugar. I will try to be more clear. Good job on maintaining in May. Do you have a target goal for your June weight loss?
Good morning everyone! Well, yesterday I completed my first ever 24-hour fast! The woman leading the 40-day challenge that I’m in issued the challenged and I accepted. I really didn’t think I would be able to do it but I did!! I did a great workout yesterday, which has resulted in my bicep and back muscles crying this morning. I also went to Aldis and Sams Club. The rest of the afternoon was spent doing my puzzle which is a great distraction. Today, I’m doing a leg workout, going to Walmart, and then coming home to try out my new vacuum that just arrived last evening. We have a canister vac and I HATE it, so DH finally relented to my complaining and let me order an upright. You know you live an exciting life when you are looking forward to vacuuming your floors.

Thanks ladies.
Its 3pm and I'm already on my 4th bottle of water... Likely I can get in 2 more of these before 10pm.
There's some sun shining on the deck, may try to get a tan soon.

@trooworld, getting over 7 hours of sleep is good, and getting fresh air and exercise should totally help.
@Shexio, thanks! Good job on drinking your water. I have really tried to up my intake and find it helps if I start first thing in the morning and drink it like it's my job.
Good morning! Well, the scale was down the lowest it's been since the first week in March. I finally have turned the corner and am back on the right track. Today, I'm going to try for another long fast today. The goal is 22 hours but if I can do 24 then I'm going to make it happen. Tonight we are having grilled country-style pork ribs, grilled zucchini, and pasta salad. So, having that to look forward to might help. Make it a good day!
