    Thank you. Been drinking apple cider vinegar, staying as close to 1200 calories as I can, eating a lot of soup, no fast food, and trying to keep up with my 10000 steps a day on my fitbit. One of them are working lol.

    I’m finally starting to feeling better (Yay!) Getting back on track and hope I can start my walking routine again tomorrow!

    Yay finally back on track! Any one else gain during TOM? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Definitely frustrating to see but know it’s only temporary...give it a week and continue to track, move more and lots of water. Have a great day!

    Considering buying a new scale. Bought this one over a month ago, and beyond annoyed with it.
