    The last 2 other times I've had a weight increase were the couple days after I ate nachos. I'm not saying it's the nachos, but it's the nachos.

    The needle is hovering so close to 203 that it's getting hard to read it accurately! My energy level is so high that it's hard to nap even on rest days. I looked down after my Leslie Sansone workout this morning and saw this new muscle protusion on my upper thigh. Small victories!
