I put in a round of AMRAP on legs yesterday and woke up super sore, so I only managed a mile on my workout video, lol. I also woke up with some nasal stuffiness, alerting me to the fact that my body is inflamed from eating rice 2 days in a row (I'm intolerant to grains). Gonna stay hydrated and hope to see some progress on the scale tomorrow!4 -

I was still a little sore from another workout that I did previously and I really wanted to just take the day off, but I thought to myself "Would I rather spend 30 more minutes on my phone or spend 30 minutes getting a good workout in?" Of course I went with the latter because I already spend enough time on the internet as is. I'm happy with the effort I put in today, I stayed under my calorie goals and went a bit over my water goal.

Oncologist took me off Tamoxifen yesterday so we'll see if removing the hormone suppressant helps with the weight. I doubt it's going to be the magic pill (removal, lol), but perhaps it'll help.
