    The last 2 other times I've had a weight increase were the couple days after I ate nachos. I'm not saying it's the nachos, but it's the nachos.

    I put in a round of AMRAP on legs yesterday and woke up super sore, so I only managed a mile on my workout video, lol. I also woke up with some nasal stuffiness, alerting me to the fact that my body is inflamed from eating rice 2 days in a row (I'm intolerant to grains). Gonna stay hydrated and hope to see some progress on the scale tomorrow!
