    Today I baked some breakfast muffins for my mom per her request of wanting something "Healthy and quick to grab in the morning." I added blueberries to the batter and a cinnamon sugar crumble to the tops of them to give them some pizzazz because they seemed a little bland on their own. I exercised today, but I didn't stay within my calorie goal because I baked a cake yesterday for Father's day and we didn't have any until tonight. I guess I've been baking a lot lol! I really recommend the muffins, they're very easy to make!

    Looks like I'm accomplishing nothing this month. Frustrating.

    I can totally relate and understand how frustrating this could be but for me you accomplished not gaining πŸ™‚ Keep going..and we can do this together!
