Today I baked some breakfast muffins for my mom per her request of wanting something "Healthy and quick to grab in the morning." I added blueberries to the batter and a cinnamon sugar crumble to the tops of them to give them some pizzazz because they seemed a little bland on their own. I exercised today, but I didn't stay within my calorie goal because I baked a cake yesterday for Father's day and we didn't have any until tonight. I guess I've been baking a lot lol! I really recommend the muffins, they're very easy to make!

Ugh! Struggling so bad! Really considering putting the scale away for awhile. Trying to get out of this funk I am in. So crazy how the first week of the month I was doing excellent and the rest of the month I have been yo-yo-ing. Trying to get my act together for the rest of this week.
