Welcome to the July challenge, new month new challenge ๐ and I welcome all new 1st timers๐
Looking through the June posts and I have to give a big clap to you guys and girls well done To another successful month๐ lots of positive vibes, with a lot of us still finding ourselves at home for awhile longer and some of us back at work letโs keep the ball rolling! ๐
Iโve joined one of these groups in april 2019 best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb between April and July and another 7lb in sept. Itโs really nice to see how others are getting on๐
Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a summer/ winter holiday booked, a party invite or just want to lose those lockdown bellies
Never too late to start. If your reading this challenge half way through the month you can still join in!๐
Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better๐

Hiya, not sure if I was just supposed to reply?
MFP app says I should be able to hit 65.3kgs by the 3 Aug so I'm challenging myself to hit 65kgs by July 31st. I won't adjust the calories just increase exercise.

So, 1.4 pounds doesn't sound like a lot, but man ever since I hit 135 my body has decided that I need to fight very hard for every ounce of weight loss. 125 is my current ultimate goal, but I think I'm going to keep going and trying for 120. If it's anything like the last four months, it'll take me until Christmas to get there--but that's a good thing. The more I have to work at it, the less likely I'm going to rebound back into obesity.

Would love to join. I've lost about almost 15lbs in the last seven weeks by vlogging my Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workouts and doing 5:2 fasting. Vlogging is doing wonders at keeping me accountable. I weigh in on Sundays. I don't set goal weights per month as such but I do have exercise/diet goals and see what happens from there.

Hello! This is my first challenge group. I like the idea of doing the challenge as a team of sorts. I have a 5 day streak going for my food diary and feel encouraged. Starting is hard for me. Keeping myself motivated and consistent isn't easy either, so I look forward to being part of this team with the expectation that I will record my food daily and weigh in with you all.
