Devastating circumstances yesterday afternoon. My Niece was found dead, we didn't eat till 9:30 last night and family made pasta. Hoping this week will be better if stress level goes back down.3 -

I've been battling weight and lung issues for a while. I used to cycle regularly 20 miles 2-3 days a week but it has been years since that consistency. I have always had trouble losing weight. I'm trying to get back into cycling regularly and attempting to lose weight.
Current weight 206.8 (thanks to stress from Rona).
I rode 24 miles today.2 -

@ladycopnh1 : That's so devastating. I wish you and your family all the strength they will need during this difficult time.
I suspect the reason I have continuing foot pain in my left foot is a small stress fracture of a metatarsal. I'll have to allow for that as I get back to exercising.1 -

You can do it.
Just class it as a break, don't dwell on it, re focus and move on.
Set a small goal and CELEBRATE when you reach it.
EVERYONE deserves a blip every now and then.

I have FINALLY hit my most recent mini goal of a 25% loss of total body weight! I have 13.6 lbs to go to no longer be overweight according to the BMI. I'm going on vacation soon for 2 weeks, so I don't expect to maintain this loss, but if I don't, I'll get back on track when I return! That's my realistic optimism talking. 😏3

Thank you smesson & angeloup, I need encouragement right now. I feel like one of those circle horse riders with a foot one two different horses. One saying eat what you want and the other saying DON'T YOU DARE !! Hopefully I can get back on the right horse and at least start a canter.2 -

Look how far you've come. I've done the wagon thing twice now. I just keep on going back and it's shorter fall offs and it's easier to get back on if it's not too far out of distance 😉 Yee haw🤠.2 -
