What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

Trying to move my body intentionally for at least 10 minutes a day. As someone who has used the pandemic as an excuse to become one with my couch, this is a big step for me!11

Controlling my blood sugars to stop the daily mental fogs and headaches, and gaining a steady flow of energy.7

I'm trying to do something (even if it's small) everyday. Might just be stretching for 10 minutes or some crunches.7

You'll definitely look gorgeous in your wedding photos for decades to come, that dress will never go out of fashion.
Thank you. Thats really kind. Its my second marraige so worried its too much, but I just loved it when I put it on.
I had my second marriage and my goal was to fit in my daughter's wedding dress, and made that goal. It was similar to your dress. It is not overkill.
Now after almost 3 exquisite years of my marriage, my husband and I are both trying to slim down from my excited excessive cooking.4 -
I am just taking "baby steps" with this weight loss lark.
So at present I am 345lbs.....Next little victory will be to reach 339lbs or less.11 -
My mini goal is to lose 5lbs and 1% body fat before my trip to Majorca on 7 August! 🤞🏿6

My next mini goal is to get below 83kg on our heavy scale as well as our light scale. (We have two: one weighs consistently but light; one weighs inconsistently and 0.6 - 0.8 kg heavier. However, my doctor's scales would suggest that the heavier one is more accurate.)
Well, I crashed this one this morning: I weighed 82.2 kg on the heavy scale (after exercise, including a new and much more energetic cardio routine). I really wasn't expecting that as my weight had gone back up to 83.9 kg over the weekend. This also puts me below 13 stone which was going to be my next minigoal. So my new minigoal is to be into the 82s first thing in the morning, before exercise. If this keeps up I might make it into the top of the normal bmi range by the end of July which would be amazing.6 -
I’d really like to get under 120. It’s only ~5 lbs away, but I’ve been in and around the same weight throughout quarantine and really want to push and start really losing again!
I made this mini goal this morning!! Next one is to lose another two pounds which will make my weight loss over 20 pounds 🥳😁5 -

As I am getting closer to 58, I know I need to this more than what I am doing... which is really nothing.2 -
Lost exactly 5 pounds in my first 15 days! Next goal is to hit 175. I got this! I even went out to breakfast with my husband for our 26th anniversary and ordered the egg white omelet with veggies instead of the normal high fat high calorie breakfast I get. I'll still make my calories today!11

Mini goal: Increase running by 1 mile each month until June 2020, when I run my first half marathon. I ran a 5K in January, but after a winter of bronchitis and a broken toe, I have a lot of ground to recover. I am currently at 1.5 miles.7

I'm close to my weight at my lowest point in the last ten years. I'm at 238 and the lowest I got that I can find is 235. Sooo close!12

18s are baggy and 16s are snug7
-
Toning my measurements up consistently and being a stronger, more healthy individual.7
-
Just dropped below 185. I'm at 184.7, so my next mini goal is 180. That's also my first major goal.11
-
Finding my butt again. It seems I have lost it and can't remember where I left it. Old age problems sigh!3
-
I want a tattoo on my thigh/hip. Not getting it until I'm at least 5kg lighter.5

At the moment, my mini-goals are number goals. I am going 5 lbs. at a time, so I love to see the number that brings me down to the lower 10 lb. range. I am 0.9 away from it now!7
-
Right now, my goal is to:
- track EVERYTHING I eat EVERY day and building the habit to do that daily.
- Weighing myself only once a week.
- Working out 6 days a week for 45 minutes - no matter how hot it is (No excuses!)
- Drinking more water and less coffee - though I have NO Idea how that's going to work once school starts!
- Lose 10 lbs by August 21st
I just want to meet my goals this time. I am tired of starting over again and again and again. It has to work this time, because I honestly have no other alternative.7 -

1. I want to be at about 62 lbs lost (I've lost 57 lbs so far). My son (who is 8) weighs about that much. He'll think it's amazing that I've lost as much as he weighs and it's a great visual for me.
2. I had set mini goals of 10% weight loss (instead of focusing on the big number). I'm currently working on my 3rd 10% goal. I have about 8 lbs to go for that one
This is a fantastic idea! I often get caught up on the big number, when I really should be focusing on smaller increments like 10% of the goal. Thank you for the idea, and best of luck to you!4 -

In size 8s and medium tops, even in unforgiving materials. Woo! Bday is in a couple of weeks and I'm 10lb to goal so that's a victory to me. I'm sure I'll benefit from going lower still but I'll cross that road later11 -

I'm at 207 and my focus right now is also getting under 200. We can do it !!7 -

Love that you have such amazing rewards for yourself. I'm going to start doing that as well. I have 8 pds to hit the one hundreds and I'm definitely going to celebrate. Congrats to you ! Think its time you got yourself some 14's. Fantastic work7 -
To wear a pair of shorts or a swimsuit. I haven't wore any of these for over 10 years as I hate my body that much.11

The next three pounds.8

Weight mini-goal: get under 160
Non-weight mini goal: log my food consistently for the next week6 -
I want to be able to wear the three pairs of jeans waiting in my drawer. Two weeks ago I couldn't get them zipped at all. Today I could get them half-zipped. Another couple weeks!9
