    Happy weekend! Got to get taxes done this weekend. I hate it because we're paying more than we used to.

    Happy Tuesday! Well I ordered a Wavemaster XXL standup bag so I could at least workout at home on kickboxing. The bottom came yesterday and I'm waiting for the bag itself today. Then I got to get 300lbs of sand to fill it.

    Cardio: jog/walk- 90 minutes (500 calories)

    Strength: back- pulldowns, bent over cable rows, standing cable rows, seated pullovers, 4x12,10,8,6.

    Assessment: Steak and vegetables for dinner.

    Happy Humpday! Well, it's tax day! Finally got taxes done and STILL have to pay. Also, my DD has an orthodontist consult to FINALLY remove her braces.
