Currently 138lb so pretty close to my initial goal of 130 and I'll probably maitain there for a little while before heading down to 120

Exercise-wise I'm primarily a runner and always have been, although I have hypermobile ehlers-danlos syndrome so I shouldn't be a runner because my knees are only theoretically attached to the rest of me.

You look great, and congratulations on being a runner despite the theoretical knees!

Wow amazing results! How many calories is everyone currently eating? Also how do you all stay accurate with logging? Do you cook your own foods or do you eat out?
