He has sold a few more flipped homes since then. He had a tendency to sell within a month of any flip being listed on MLS. Guessing being that He specialises outside NYC, yet still NYC zipcode wise, his flips which are turn-key are more coveted by the NYC exodus rich on account of Covid19.0 -
