Starting weight: 218.4 (12/1/19)
Goal weight: 150
Current weight: 183.4 lb
Week weight loss: .6 lb
Total weight loss: 35lb
This week's successes: I worked out every day and stayed within calories goal.
This week's challenges: Extremely frustrated I didn’t lose more with how hard I worked. It’s going to be hard to stay on track this week.
I also only lost .6 this week, so discouraging. But like you I have lost about 32 lbs so I am not going to give it up!

YES!! I need to keep motivated... I’ve had some amazing weeks and it’s normal to have weeks like this but man it’s frustrating!! We got this!!3 -

This week's successes: green smoothie for breakfast the last 10 days, switched to fruits for snacks, will slowly mix it up with veggies.
This week's challenges: only got 4 workouts in the last 10 days, got get away from my desk.4 -

7/01: 269.7 This year has been so hard, but I am working more now than I have in years. Maybe I am putting on muscle, hmmmmmmm,,,,,,, time for July , lets do this thing.

7/16: 267.8 I keep gaining and losing the same 2 or 3 pounds its nuts I tell ya.
8/10: 267.5 Its a work in progress, still waiting for that big drop but so far it has been slow comimg.

This week's successes: Accomplished Alternate Day Fasting (ADF) this week, but delayed fasting one day this week. Three 36 hour fasts this week. Two weeks of ADF in August, three to go.
This week's challenges: Keep circumstances beyond my control from altering my routine. Quit using changes to my plans as an excuse to abandon good practices.

Week 32. One-derland! Made some goal changes as my progress stalled after meeting a few of them (I now fit in what was once my tightest clothes in the closet, I’m no longer obese, etc.), but there's 16 pounds to go for the challenge, and 27 to go for my goal weight.
Starting weight: 233 lbs
Goal weight: 170 lbs
Current weight: 197 lbs
Total weight lost: 36 lbs, -3.1 pounds since last month
This month's successes: A new Bike! Well, new to me. Much better suited for the—now—50+ mile rides I subject it. Generally staying within my target calorie goals (which is a polite way of saying I’ve not been as strict as I should be). While the scale is showing only modest changes, I did lose 5 inches off my measurements (18” in total).
This month's challenges: A couple weeks of no progress and a lack of strength training at our, still closed, community gyms prevents me from leveraging large muscle exercises into my weight loss routine.4 -

@Leezy55 I dropped most of my weight 4 years ago with simple CICO. I actually maintained between 129 - 134 until last October when I broke my arm. That accident was followed by a lot of instability in my daily life, including the death of my Mom. I'm having trouble getting back into a calorie deficit mind set. Each day starts a new beginning.4

I will never ever weigh 270 again. Soon I will say the same about 260.

7/8: 269.9
7/16: 267.8 I keep gaining and losing the same 2 or 3 pounds its nuts I tell ya.
8/10: 267.5 Its a work in progress, still waiting for that big drop but so far it has been slow coming.
8/17: 268.0 Am I disappointed in losing only 4 lbs this year? Yep. Am I still determined to have a great year of losing wt and getting healthier? Yep.

I can relate I have had a really hard time wrapping my mind around this weight loss thing lately. Back in the day it was focus, mind is made up, no problem lets get after it. Anymore it is a real struggle mentally.1 -
