    8/2 - 164.6 I thought that 2lb drop was too much to stick around
    8/3 - 164.2 had slacked off on exercise last week, back at it today

    8/7 - 163.8 well, at least I didn't gain this week. This is when I really appreciate a weight trend app on my phone, so that I can see that overall my trend is down and I can {try to} ignore the up blips. TGIF!

    8/2 - 164.6 I thought that 2lb drop was too much to stick around
    8/3 - 164.2 had slacked off on exercise last week, back at it today

    8/7 - 163.8 well, at least I didn't gain this week. This is when I really appreciate a weight trend app on my phone, so that I can see that overall my trend is down and I can {try to} ignore the up blips. TGIF!

    I am so guilty of this. When I start to see progress in my weight loss journey, my mind thinks it's okay to eat a little bit more :wink: until I see my weight increasing then I start to feel bad. But guess what, it's really okay.... it's okay to enjoy our favorite foods once in a while as long as we get back on track. So I am back on track today....tracking my food, 30-40mins cardio! Hope you all have a nice weekend!
