    8/2 - 164.6 I thought that 2lb drop was too much to stick around
    8/3 - 164.2 had slacked off on exercise last week, back at it today

    8/7 - 163.8 well, at least I didn't gain this week. This is when I really appreciate a weight trend app on my phone, so that I can see that overall my trend is down and I can {try to} ignore the up blips. TGIF!

    8/14 - 163.8 ok, so the exact same as the end of last week. and 14 days ago I was thrilled to see this number...amazing how perspective changes lol

    8/17 - 166.4 yikes, that's a 4lb jump in 2 days. too many tortilla chips. I know it's salt and water retention, but that's not a nice number at all!

    August : Lost 3 pounds in the first half and gained them back in the second half . On the bright side I didn’t gain back more??

    Alas I ate about 400 over my calorie goal yesterday and the scale went back up. I'm very ready for this month to be over and to start fresh.

    Great work everyone! For those like me who strayed a bit off course here and there - I've been following the posts (when my MFP app has been working) and we managed to get ourselves back on track! Don't give up! We are making progress as long as we don't quit! See you in September.

    8/11160whew! 10 days to lose a pound. First of mini-mini goal done, 1 pound to make me 40 lbs
    from goal. Second mini goal another pound to get back to where I ended last year.
    I almost quit a few times but thanks to all the support here I hung in there and
    made it! So here goes 1 more pound.

    8/12 158.8 !!! Finally to low of last year! Total loss 33 lbs. Next goal 3 lbs that will be my half way point.
