@rheddmobile I sent a message before we are friends and it seemed to have gone through - at least I didn't get a message that it didn't. I did send a fried request too. Thanks for setting up the challenge.0

I didn’t see a message but I did get your friend request. MFP doesn’t always tell you when a message doesn’t go through, it just silently vanishes! You should have a link now!1 -
I did get it @rheddmobile . Thank you!

All signed up for the @PastorVincent challenge! Thanks @Rheddmobile for setting this up and organizing us!
Yesterday, I met a couple of friends at a state park a couple hours away and we rode bikes on the New River Trail. It's an old railroad line that has been converted to a trail and runs 55 miles. We headed north and rode to the northern beginning point, stopping for lunch on the porch of this cute little mercantile store in Draper. We ended up with 45 miles. I will probably give my legs a rest today because I've got 18 miles on my running plan for tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great Friday!4 -

Lovely morning for a run around the lake with a friend. Lots to catch up on from the busy week for both of us. It was a good therapy session with a bonus calorie burn.
@rheddmobile thanks for setting up the challenge. I sent you a friend request.
Love the pun @HonuNui And always love seeing your amazing photos.

Didn't want to (wah, felt like a whiny baby earlier before my run), but I got up for a run and matched my longest distance back of 2.25mi today. Felt good after! I even snuck in two minutes of meditation before jumping back to work. Really working on this whole 'mindfulness' thing and it's way more difficult than I thought it would be! Proud of myself for just getting up and doing it though and not falling into bad habits. C25k week 2 day 2 is done!
9/2 - 2.25mi
9/4 - 2.25mi
4.5/30mi for September9 -
@mbaker566 absolutely beautiful photos! ❤1

Signed up for the @PastorVincent challange (I still cannot believe this).
7 miles today. It was hot, a little less humid, but I wanted to get outside, so I knew from the get go that there would be walk breaks, and there were. Overall felt pretty good.
Happy Labour Day long weekend!4 -
