0.5 lb increments would drive me crazy (ok...crazier!) lol. The new digital scales are in 0.1 increments, and they also display body fat %, muscle mass %, and bone mass %. A good one is ~ $40 @ Target.

Perfect, an excuse to put stuff in my Target cart! Thank you!

AppSync Smart Scale with Body Composition Silver - Weight Gurus, $39.99 @ Target

I have this one! Had it for years (probably about 4 years now, maybe approaching 5) and its amazing! I love it! No issues with it, battery lasts forever (only changed batteries once I think... though it did go unused for about a year when I had my back surgery) and super easy to use once I had it set up.

    OK Ready to try again
I got way off track last round, Trying not to be an emotional eater, I found myself craving a drink at the end of the day. I have never been much of a drinker. I could count on my fingers how many drinks I have in a year, so this was alarming. So I had a snack instead and within a couple of days all my old bad eating habits were back. I don't have a solution right now - but I have to keep trying. I have special needs adults in my family who depend on me to be there for them 24/7. I need my health.

09/14 215.6 another tough day - if DS2 does not get his act together by Friday -take his meds, have a shower etc doctor will 'form" him. I am still hoping it won't come to that - but also very scared that it will.

@allmannerofthings I also have an adult disabled son. I am just curious what "form him" means.
