I am squatted out. My glutes are on fire. On the bright side, they're looking better in jeans...lol

To be honest I'm not motivated but I am fighting through it.

Kym - can I get you to come over and give me a kick in the butt? Please? 😁 I need some motivation, too. I am walking almost every day, but I haven't been in the gym in a month.

    LEGS!
    something different today!!
100 squats! just the bar. no re-racking.
100 lunges with a BRUTEFORCE bag! same! no putting it down, but can stop for a couple seconds.
    100 squats with the same bag...same rules...DONE!

For some of us feeling unmotivated: it happens. You don’t always have to be “in the zone.” What’s important is that, motivated or not, you keep yourself on track. Do the needful. If anyone wants a support person, add me!

My workouts are fine....I joined WW mobile to aim to kickstart some Fat loss. Something simple - all the mfp logging is too onerous, I guess.

Steve, it's time to hit the gym. Your muscles will thank you.

Would you like the kick with an Asics shoe, or a patent leather heel? lol.

    Hi Everyone!

My name is Sandy, I am a Newbie to the community. I am very happy to be here and to meet all of you.
WoW! I agree with Chefkey, Time really goes by fast.....When you're having fun. I hope to get some helpful
advice and maybe share a couple of tips with you.

I do exercise a little but I need to lose about 30 pounds and to lose this belly fat. I need your help.
Have you heard of Keto? Someone sent me a Free Ebook full of Deliciously Easy Keto Diet Recipes.

I would like to share it with alf1163 or anyone who is interested in Keto.
It states that The Keto Diet is composed of approximately 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% or less of carbohydrates.

Guys, Please tell me what you Think.

The Recipes look Great............But I'm not sure

Hey kids, hope all is well.

My quads are screaming. Just call me quadzilla...lol

Gam3rguy, you rock and I admire your grit. Still waiting to hear you're a personal trainer.

Welcome Sandy, I hope keto works for you. The diet does not embrace my ideals or lifestyle.

    Have a great day kids.
