My daughter is going through therapy for anxiety and her therapist recommended one. She sleeps with it every night and says she loves it. She’s 95 -

I don't officially have a weighted blanket but two heavy quilts (Canada, amiright?). I fold them in fourths and plop 'em over my duvet at night. Just weighed them: 9 lb. Works a charm for me!
However, I've read that a proper weighted blanket should be no more than 10% of your bodyweight or some such metric.3 -

Lol I am halfway through my weightloss journey, i lost 17 kg and still 14 kg to lose, but i don't feel motivated. I started choosing more unhealthy food, binge, cry everyday i feel sad, depressed and annoyed because I can't get back to track. Any advice?4
