    @MadisonMolly2017 your commitment to maintenance is really inspiring. I took maintenance for granted and, well, I guess I know how that worked out lol. Quarantine was just an easy excuse to let everything slide. This time, I plan to be vigilant!

    I took it for granted all the other times I lost weight. Not this time. My Focus/goal the whole time has been in maintenance...That is the holy grail.

    So I lost slowly, slowly changing eating & exercise habits, developed other interests than eating out, AND took periodic diet breaks to prove to myself I could maintain at that weight (before losing more.)

    I’m NEVER dieting again. This is it. (And it’s probably my greatest motivation) as I hate dieting,

    @MadisonMolly2017 Excellent advice. The goal.is maintenance, not weight loss. Reminds me of my kids' school's focus on getting kids to graduate from college, not just high school. Same basic concept.

    @Lilylady3k Congratulations on your milestone weight loss today! Also, I stole your "Pounds left to lose before challenge goal" because that's extra motivating.

    @BodyTalking You're holding pretty steady- that's probably a sign that you're in for a whoosh loss any day now. At least, that's how it seems to work for me. For almost 10 days, I've been 140-point-something, and I expect (hope!) to be at 139 soon. Not gaining is also a big win!

    Sept 1: 230.3 A loss is still a loss and a downward trend!
    Sept 4: 229.3 Weight from Friday. At our fishing camp with no scale for 10 days. Every small habit still counts scale or no scale.
    Sept 15: 227.7 First time in many years I’ve lost weight in that environment!
    Sept 22: 224.4 BMI < 40 No longer morbidly obese!
    Sept 29: 222.6 My dresses are longer & looser
