Brought myself to post update of my weight. Was feeling so bad from yesterday weigh in ...every day is a new day .. i am not going to beat myself over this gain instead of loss.. this roller coaster weight is what derails me most.. as much as possible i tried to be good eating wise and my walking exercise wise.last few week i started seriously . for sure can do better.. tommorow is a good day and will try my best to get to october challenge .goal .i hope this accountability in a forum of folks who are on same journey as me help me as well.. i hope..

My first instinct was to drop out of the challenge. I even checked if it was possible to delete my first post so that it wouldn't be obvious that I dropped out!
But reading through the other posts I now feel very encouraged. It is indeed "a roller coaster" like my friend above said. So no point in trying to pull the emergency breaks and sneak off halfway through, right??

First month of fall challenge done. I had a pretty significant & surprising woosh yesterday morning but my weight bounced back up almost a half a pound which made me feel a little better. This next month I need to really get better about eating more. Maybe drop intermediate fasting and make it a bit easier without a fasting window. I just get so full so quickly anymore on bigger meals. Or try to eat some calorie dense protein or avocado or something more. I also move so much more at my job and I haven’t been accounting for those calorie numbers at all because I always hear about how unreliable the trackers are. However, I don’t want to lose 10 or even 8 pounds next month. Five or six pounds at most is where I want it. I’m changing my goals on the app today for a 0.5 pound loss a week and will aim close to that calorie amount. That should work out to about where I want to be losing at this point.

I sincerely was good the month of sept but did not see much in terms of result ..i actually saw weight gain .. was so upset 😢 at this point i am looking at finishing october in a good way as much as possible .. for sure i am irritated and upset but trying my best to think positively.. as i think that is the only way to go foward in this journey3 -

Well, after a weight-loss "hiatus" I am back at it...but already got dressed this morning so I will check in tomorrow 😜...I have probably gained a pound or two, with birthdays, etc., ...no big worries tho'...hope you are all good?!!

I've been on the road since yesterday as well, so the next time I post will be late again...not gonna be home until Monday evening sometime. Today is Friday, September 11, overnight in a hotel, no scale in sight! *probably a good thing?!* LOL 🙃
October 5: 164.4 lbs ~ Obviously, I have been on an upward slide since my birthday a month ago but all treats are GONE from the house...back to counting cals. & back to my daily regimen. It serves me right for going so far off track here, but I've been thru this before, so not too worried. I just wanna get back to my REAL self!! 😡
