YeP, I’m giving myself as long as I need! If I cut my calories too much, I just eat more the next week or month, I’ve found. So for me, slow & steady turtle like works best! 🐢
Yep, me too...turtle pace is the way to go. Honestly, I can’t believe how long it takes but I suppose it took several years to pack it on, too! Cheers to crushing goals...at our own pace 😉1 -

Weight jumped up a bit after Thanksgiving but honestly, I can’t believe it didn’t go up more. I ate an entire pie 😳 Seriously, I have no off switch when I get around sugary stuff. Sugar and wine put lbs on me quick! But it’s already going back down so I’m feeling ok about it. I’m realizing that this is marathon, not a sprint. Home stretch to 2021!! Woot!!0 -

I like to remain 70lbs or more down, so I plan to gradually get down to 158.2 or lower. YAY DID IT. I’m sure it will bounce around a bit, but things are definitely going in the right direction!! No rush. Just *finally* relaxed & maintaining under 160. (Now under 159)!
