I just bought a package of those Archway Windmill cookies today, for dh's lunches. Plus 2 packages of Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies.
Why do I do this to myself. It's what he wants but why couldn't he lock them in his car or something?1 -
Unlimited lifetime supply of fresh and excellent quality sushi. *THUD*2 -

Those windmill cookies are the best, I used to take the chocolate off the top and eat the cookie and save the chocolate for last (the best part).0

Are you the type of person that goes to a neighborhood Thai restaurant and declares, "This isn't REAL Thai cuisine! I've BEEN to Thailand!" and gives dirty looks to people who order pad thai? Just to prove how cultured you are?5 -

And maybe they disagreed because it actually is sushi. Vinegared rice with garnishes. So maybe you'll point out why it's not sushi.
But pass that platter first. I'll take some sake nigiri and then for dessert some hamachi nigiri. You can keep the maki if you like it.1 -
@senalay788 I'll take some of your uh, chocolate cake.
But no thoughts on sushi, never had it and never will.1 -

I totally just did a quick google search on what sushi is and, apparently, the one key ingredient is sushi rice so....gimme all the sushi!0 -

Not at all.
But if you say you are craving a hamburger and show me a picture of a meatloaf... close enough?
I am just looking for someone to point to sushi for me, the person that clicked disagree. Thats all.
Back to the topic on hand....
Chocolate cake!!!!
I would also like someone to point to chocolate cake for me...that's all😉3 -

Curious as to why NO to sushi?
To be honest, for the longest time I could not get passed the cold rice and raw fish, until in my early 30s I tried again..... long story short, its a weekly thing at least.
I'm not crazy about cold rice to begin with and raw fish does not interest me at all. Some people who absolutely love it, have tried to convince me to 'just try it'. No thanks. I like cooked fish but raw fish is too close to still having fins and scales.1 -

Kinda like meat cooked rare. I want my meat to be completely dead.
(I'll eat rice hot...cold...doesn't matter. Just not the raw fish part either.)1 -
