Glad to be back - I went and checked - thanks to great directions from @tiabirdie56 - and I first joined this challenge back in Round 14 but have come and gone. I'm about 15 pounds less than that right now but I've been up and down and up and down.

Hi I'm Dorian, and this is my 4th round? I think? I love the short challenge, and what a great group of folks.
Stats: 38 years old, Somewhere between 5'10 and 5'11.

Ultimate Goal Weight: 165.
Goals for Round 129:
1. Lose 1 lb. I want to keep losing weight, but my focus this week is definitely on eating good foods and strength training.
2. Strength Train 3+ times using Obe 28 day program.
3. Increase calories and protein, aim for 1200-1500 calories a day depending on exercise.
4. Continue to cook and keep carbs low.
5. Just keep being active throughout the day. Keep moving.

While doing wall measurements of my two kids yesterday, my 4 year old wanted to “measure Mommy!”.... and I realized I’m much closer to 5’3” than I am to 5’4”. 😭 So that changes my goal weights since I need to get down to 140 for my BMI to be under 25, and 125 to hit about 22. It’s a little frustrating to have to move the goal posts when I’m close to 145, but it’s important to be honest in this - I mean, the main person I’d be cheating is myself - especially since the REAL goal is to be fit and healthy.
Goals for this round:
- Lose 2 lbs
- Get out for a morning run twice and do Ring Fit the other days
- Do core strengthening exercises 5x (every other day) - I have been avoiding core exercises on Ring Fit since I have ab separation from having my son, and a lot of standard ab exercises can make it worse rather than helping. I’ve found a good post-partum ab workout that’s designed to help with this and I want to incorporate it into my regular routine.

As always, thank you @GrandmaJackie such a brilliant champion particularly in these unprecedented & unsettled times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.
Female age 62 5' 4” - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – I'm working at it – it's a permanent way of life !
Challenge for this round will be to get solidly into 132's. 10/14 - 72.7 - Weird day at work yesterday. TW: Men being inappropriate at work:One of the guys I work with turned up to a group social (online) chat just not wearing a shirt. I know it was just a social call, and we're normally fairly relaxed about dress codes (dressing gown and onesies have been a thing before), but that definitely crosses the line. It made me feel really quite uncomfortable, a kinda put a downer on the rest of my day. It also didn't help that I don't particularly like this guy (because he's a massive tool). Managed to set off all my anxiety and social triggers and really put me out for the rest of the day (and screwed getting some work done afterwards). Spoke to HR last night and feeling much better this morning.Because of that, food wasn't top of my brainspace yesterday. But ended up with a very small deficit for the day. Was really tired and got an early night, so had a much lower expenditure than I normally would. And I think I ended up not having much to drink yesterday evening as I woke up this morning feeling very dehydrated (makes my abs pop though lol). Overall happy with my weight, expecting it to go down a little bit again tomorrow
