The last few days Iβve taken a hiatus from walking and Iβve ate a bit over calories. I was exposed to a Covid positive person at work. We ate lunch together. Waiting to hear back about my test but I didnβt want to needlessly stress my body out. Give it rest and all the nutrients it needs. Hopefully Iβm negative and can go back to work.

Well I did a lot better than last month. In August I only managed a 2 pound loss. I hit my goal for September, but I Really hate having Monday as weigh day, straight after takeaway night. I plan to update here on Thursdays from now on as thatβs my normal weigh day.
