OK. I've heard that PM's don't go through often (MFP glitch), unless the person is on your friend's list. I'd love the recipe (admire you're cooking and ideas), but don't want you out of your comfort zone. I wasn't on here this summer and don't know what happened. So, it's all OK. Never give up. Pan asian dinner of Malaysian chicken satay with peanut sauce. Vietnamese watercress soup. Cucumber with Japanese goma dressing. Sticky rice.

Chicken pot pie soup. Add lentils/pasta early and let disintegrate for thickness. 385 cals, 33g protein, 4g fat, 56g carbs. 100% yum2 -
