😀 A warm welcome all new 1st timers to the challenges and hi again to those returning😀


The first time I joined one of these was the best thing I ever done, lost 32 lb in 4 months. It’s really nice to see how others are getting on and it’s a motivation to keep on track😀

Give yourself a motivation, this seems to work for me, maybe you have a break away booked, want to be a little trimmer after Christmas or even a getting ready for a wedding!

Pick your own goal, check in once per week and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.

You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress better😀

Pick how you want to weigh as in lbs kg’s or stones

For those unsure how to do your weekly weight input
When you want to do your weekly update do a search for your original post, copy and paste as a new post in the add post box then you can edit in your new weekly weight, hope this helps

    hi, your already in! :smile: come back tomorrow on the 1st jan with your start weight and away we go. I loved inputting my weekly weight in previous challenges (until the world went to pot!?!) im ready to start again, its encouraging to see other like minded people either trying to lose some weight, maintain. It helps to keep you on track

    Yay! Glad to see you back. I lost 10% of my body weight on this challenge. Anyway, I've gained a few pounds back, not many, but I am really looking forward to participating in this challenge again. It does keep me on track.

    So I’ve put on 15lbs since july, in fairness I’m surprised it’s not more, I’m aiming for 1-2lbs loss a week after the 1st week, I have no set in stones plans for this year so would like to just keep a steady pace throughout. I don’t really excercise so for me it’s down to calorie control and just trying to eat healthier. Good luck everyone😀😀

    A fair amount of this is probably water weight as I was 189 before Christmas. Hoping to get off the Christmas and New Year weight plus a bit extra!
