I gained muscle and slowly added cardio. Then eventually, I cut down to a crazy shredded weight, and was at 180. Over the last year, I've reverse dieted and im up to 215 now, and staying lean.9 -
That is some impressive, inspiring work people. Well done.
240lbs to 195. Presently weigh 215, partially because I am focusing on weight training and tbh let the lockdown and holiday season derail my progress. I am here to get back to business.

3 years so far. 5 months of that was spent gaining back 58lbs though! The last 6 have been spent losing about 50 of those back off! I will keep pushing forward though. Would like to get into the 205 range.8 -
My initial transformation before I started cutting up.

My journey has been going on for years and as you will note below, there's no less-clothed "before" pictures and very few that are full length. But I finally figured it out and took off 55 lbs in roughly 6 months and I have never felt better.

My jaw dropped when I saw your second photo. Way to go! Any tips you'd like to share about what you figured out to take off 55 lbs in half a year? (I'd love to do that, but I think it will take me a full 12 months or more).8 -

I'm 1,71m (5,61ft)
I'm an inch taller and shooting for 140 lbs (currently 153) - until I saw that picture I wouldn't have dreamt I could look healthy at say 14lbs lighter than that.3
