 Yesterday was a hard day but after a later dinner I didn't even really think about it.3

 I discovered that because I'm waking up so late and having dinner still at a normal time, it leaves way too many hours after and this is why I'm getting hungry. So I moved up my dinner and seems to have worked 2 2

 Doing well still...
 Helps when I pre-plan my food into MFP, and then adjust my macros (higher protein/fat, lower carbs) so that I feel full.
 But when I get too busy to plan, and things get chaotic, that's when I get into trouble.
