I'm back - the last two weeks have been chaotic to say the least. First, I caught a nasty bug that knocked me out until at some point Tuesday (Jan 12th) and then on the 13th I took possession of my new house and spent the next week and a half doing renovations. So I truly have no idea what my diet or late night snacking did while on that period. My schedule was pretty chaotic!
But I'm coming back!!!3 -

One of the interesting things for my new house is that the bedrooms are on the upper floor and the kitchen is on the main floor. Previously for me to snack it was a 10 foot walk to the kitchen. Now it's 40 or 50 feet and down two flights of stairs. So I guess my main concern has to be between 8 PM and when I go to sleep.4 -
