Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day in day out.
A pound a week seems reasonable
I need to quit losing the same pounds over and over. If you are tired of starting over, STOP giving up.

I had a hard time last week with eating over my calorie goals, too. Just remember that you’re in a new week, and each day is a fresh start. We’re here for you to get through the rough times.4 -

This week's successes: Spent the week visiting with true southern older friends.

This week's successes: Did better about staying under budget for the most part. Completed another month of workouts - love to see a fully-filled-in tracker! Even though I'm 29 years old, I'm still basically five, so getting to put another shiny star sticker in my tracker is actually motivating.
This week's challenges: Husband got Ring Fit Adventure for his birthday this month. It's actually fun, but my body is just not ready for two-a-days - if I'm going to play, I need to do it on a weekend or make that my workout for the day. My poor hips were Not Ready for that much squatting in a 36-hour period.6 -

This week's successes: getting my daily average calories down to about 1725 over the month. I am supposed to be at 1580 according to MFP but I guess for me that's a bit low as I am steadily losing! I am trying to knock off about 50 calories each month until I am down to whatever it says I should be at.
This week's challenges: Minor health issues, which mostly are resolving, thank goodness!

I am 51 year old 6'0" with a Thyroid issue, that I am on Meds for, and tore my Achilles in May. My weight constantly yoyo's and the up is more than the down. Heaviest I have ever been.
I have been unable to do any cardio and the weight has continued to creep up. I also have a torn Meniscus but can still get around.
Started off the week (Monday) having gained a couple of pounds since the weigh in on Friday, part of my frustration on how much my weight fluctuates. It is certainly can't be normal, but it is what I have to deal with and work around. It took a lot of work to get it back down to show a loss for the week. The hardest part of this is getting enough macros, I can never seem to get enough protein, pretty frustrating, but another puzzle to solve.

This month has been a blessing -- I feel better and stronger, my clothes fit better, I am more active and my attitude has changed from "No way, I can't" to "Maybe I can".
