I impulse bought this back in December. https://www.savoryspiceshop.com/recipe-mix/ranch-dressing
I used it with this buffalo chicken salad I was into making then (I still have a lot of the spice mix left). You just mixed it with milk and sour cream. I'm not obsessed with it (I was with the salad for a bit), but it was easy and tasty and not too caloric.2 -
This sounds ridiculously simple, but my husband and I will pick a good rice and add avocado and salsa. We’ve been eating it for lunch every day for weeks. So good!0

Progresso Light Broccoli/Cheese soup for breakfast...throw it in my Yeti cup and sip on it for hours...that and Skinny girl microwave popcorn. I pretty much eat 1 whole bag a day. Delicious!3

I just had a Cosmic apple for the first time, and I think it replaced the Honeycrisp as my favorite apple/part of my everyday midday-snack.4

smoked cheese!3 -
For me it is Chicken. Any way of cooking, except for fried. At 22 I became allergic to poultry so I have not had any in many many years. Recently with the help of a nutritionist I have tried some no antibiotics added chicken and have had no effect. Now we eat it every weekend in as many different ways as possible.4

Cottage cheese pancakes. Quick, easy, portable(eat it like dry toast, no toppings), protein, low cal. Best possible grab’n’go snack.2

We bought a pound of smoked salmon from the Jewish deli. I am holding back 120g to make smoked salmon carbonara.5

I only go to Trader Joes once every couple months but when I do I remember how obsessed with these I am. I only buy a couple bags each time because this is a “you will easily eat as much as you have” snack.0 -

interesting! What is the texture? They look like captain crunch1 -
I know it's going to sound lame, but, I'm on a scrambled eggs with kale and mushrooms kick. I would have eaten it for every meal today if I didn't have leftover lasagna that needed to be eaten.2

Ok I was fascinated by this post, googled a recipe, and have now made it twice. Mine come out paper thin. Not at all like the “styled” (haha!) photos, but still.....
What’s your recipes and any suggestions?
Mine taste like deflated popovers (not a bad thing) without the yummy crust. Very filling and high protein, and I had a whole plate for 271 calories, so willing to provide room to improve texture by adding a few more calories.

We bought some salt beef from the Jewish deli this week. Decided to try making it myself. It is an 8 day process (7 days dry brining in the fridge, and 1 day in the sous vide) but not a lot of work. Curious how this will turn out.
