Feckin Brits are turning me into an alci. Brexit is causing me SO much grief (work in logistics). I just want to go home and drink wine. 5 more hours to go....1

Welcome! I think you're in good company with the stranded at home pounds. I've got around 20 more of those myself.
Good luck!1 -

Hi all
I'm counting down to 44 this spring and got off track this past year with some health problems. So I've dusted off my account to see what I can do about it while I'm getting the health end sorted out.1 -
Welp! It's now less than two months until I turn 47 😭
Hope you're all having a fab weekend, feel free to add me if you haven't already 😊2 -

Down 3.5 lbs for the month, which I will take. The run this morning just hurt. I wasn't in the mood for it, but I knew I'd be glad I did it when I was back. And I am. The snow started to come down in my last mile and I am burrowing in for the day. How's everyone's Sunday?2

MFP is an amazing tool.

Check it out..add me, I love new perspectives and helpful input! I’ll always provide the same!

Well... Are you?
Did you get the letter from AARP yet?
As for me, I'm just glad we're not in medieval times. THOSE middle ages were MURDER.2 -
Happy Monday and Happy new month everyone!
Hopefully our last month in lockdown. Highlight of my weekend was a walk to the supermarket. We can only stay within 5k from our house (unless you're going to - essential - work) so weekends are dragging a bit lately.2 -
Hi everyone... this past month, I didnt lose any weight ( but thankfully didnt gain any either!!) I realised that was eating at my maintenance and after figuring out exactly what my deficit was supposed to be I lost a lb... I hope I can stick to this...my 6 yr old has leftovers and in my hunger with all the housework and homeschool juggling, I would grab at her scraps and it just messed me up big time.3

So, visited the consultant regarding my knee problems & leg alignment issues. Seems the left femur is bowed, kind of knew but never seen it in a full length X-ray before. Suggested they may have to consider a Osteotomy which means cutting the femur, realigning it then bolt it back together with pins and plates...
Also I am to do no exercise which puts pressure or strain onto the leg or knee so only upper body workouts and if I have to walk anywhere I have to use a stick..Needless to say not feeling the normal bundle of joy that I usually am.6
