For me it's training for a mountain bike ride from Syracuse to Buffalo across two days. Less weight means I'm pushing less.7

Somewhat surprisingly I hit 87kg this morning. New mini goal is 85kg, a nice round number.
My other mini goal is to log a 10K run under 7 min/km. current PB is 7:01.
Ok, down to 85 this morning 😮 guess I truly have a new lowest-recorded-weight. I think the next mini goal will be 82kg, because then I’ll just be 5kg away from the healthy BMI. I also want to slow down my loss and I’m actually shooting for 82kg by end of year.
I weighed in at 81kg this morning. New weight related mini goal is healthy BMI at 77kg.
Finally my weight starts with a 7, I weighed in at 79kg this morning. Maybe 77kg is within reach for February, who knows!
That was quick - weighed in at 76.5kg today. I’ve dropped drastically this week no doubt related to TOM.
My next proper goal is ultimate goal weight at 72kg, but for a mini goal is just like to avg 77 kg (healthy BMI) for February.12 -
Currently 10 weeks pregnant and kept the weight gain to just a pound so far. Since I managed to officially hit my goal weight at Christmas (after nearly 3 years of slow weight loss from previous excessive pregnancy weight gain), I have no desire to gain more than a healthy amount of weight this pregnancy, so the first mini milestone is to get to my 12 week check up with no real weight gain.14

Congratulations!
Also, that's really smart of you to keep a good grip on the pregnancy weight gain.

Down 15 lbs since first of year. Mini goal to lose 8 lbs over next 6 weeks. We have a week vacation planned then - camping at beach.11

I am trying to find my motivation again. I was down 12lbs, and a few have crept back in. I am starting from today (again), so my mini goal is to lose 10. Then I just need to do that 8 more times, and I'm at my goal!
