    @musicsax Can't believe y'all are already on Phase 5 and 6. I am in 1b and had to go out of my county (drive 2 hours) to get mine. I don't know of anywhere around here that is as far along as you are in vaccinations. Somebody's on the ball where you are! Hopefully you get yours soon!

    @SModa61 That is a long drive! Ours will only be 18 hours from IL to Ft. Myers. Interested to know what road food items you took. If we drive straight through, we will need nutrition within arms reach. Can't wait to walk the beach!

    @beagletracks Is your boyfriend supportive of your efforts? My DH usually takes a friend to lunch on Wednesdays so I fast from after dinner Tuesday until sometime Thursday. However, our friend is in Hawaii with his daughter for who knows how long so today DH is going to breakfast 🤢 with another friend. DH isn’t sure fasting is a good thing so . . .

    2/11 117.5 I ate one snack and one meal yesterday but was over on all macros except carbs (9g total) and it was later than I usually eat. AF
    2/12 118.0 over protein and my glucose is up this morning, I really would have been comfortable skipping dinner but had food ready to prepare and wanted DH to have a real meal.

    2/14 HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY ❤️HAPPY 17th BD to our DGD#4!🎂 117.0. AF

    2/16 118.5 Result of sitting at a sewing machine and visiting with friends all day or the coffee cake from Sunday. Totally worth it! Started a new project because having 1000 UFOs isn’t enough!

    2/11 LOVE GETTING A GOOD DEAL Went to the local quilt shop with my coupons. Spent $21 and saved $15. Fabric is overpriced so I only shop there with deals!
    2/12 LOVE MY HUSBAND He’s not 100% onboard with keto but he has changed his eating and given up most sugar loaded soda and lost about 25# in the process. Not bad for an OLD guy!
    2/13 LOVE THE DESERT Waking up at 4:30 isn’t great but a temp of 57 at that time is awesome. Only going to be 66 this afternoon so that’s great for the middle of February!

    2/16 LOVE MY MARI She drove about 50 miles in a blizzard to get to work while many others who were much closer just called off.
