after getting out of work, fixed up a quick tuna salad sandwich and lemon tea, rested for 30 minutes, then did my workouts.3

I added Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of the egg wash and they’re so good and soft! I'll have to try these, thanks! I tried my hand at a no-knead roll for Super Bowl. Results were a little wonky regarding shaping, etc., but tasted great! (no-knead is a moister dough, and they slagged down in the pan, spreading and flattening).
@mjbnj0001 They look good!👏🏽😃 I haven’t tried no knead recipes, but they’re on my to do list for sure. I think the shaping just takes practice, mine were wonky too. I may have to get some play dough and practice!😁👍🏽 I also made buns using the same recipe and they turned out well. The next day, I toasted them for chicken burgers and they were good.
here's a set of round buns I made for old-fashioned (but homemade quality ingredients) Sloppy Joes to chase away some winter blahs. Same process/ingredients as the long rolls above, but these came out soft and fluffy. In fact, they were the test run for the long rolls. Bread is a mystery, all right!

I made chicken piccata using Palmini angel hair noodles (replacing pasta). Used almond flour to coat the chicken and of course capers, chicken stock (low sodium), a little butter (got to have some fat), fresh squeezed lemon juice, and fresh chopped Italian parsley.2 -
Leftover salade nicoise for brekkie.
